I brought my sons go kart here to repair a simple worn out wheel bearing. The repair technician convinced me to get two new front wheels. No big deal, right? After picking it up, I get home and start to drive this thing down the street before I let my son use it. I get maybe 100 feet down the road and the front tire assembly explodes in a cloud of scattering parts. When I looked at what happened, they replaced the old rim with a new rim that had a larger axle bore diameter. This allowed it to slip over the existing bearing spindle and lodge The tire against the frame, rendering the go cart inoperable. The spindle and wheel were totally destroyed and these guys could not get replacement parts. So I was left with a basically unusable go cart with no hope for repair due to a $300 repair these guys attempted to make. It's clear to me that the mechanic did not even test drive the vehicle before letting me pick it up and potentially let my son drive it without test driving it myself first. Had that happened, my kids would not have had the same reaction time as me and probably would have crashed into something on the side of the road and gotten hurt. I ended up just giving the go cart away to somebody and buying a new Polaris for my son. If you are ever in need of a go cart repair and these guys are your only option, do yourself a favor and just donate it to charity.

I will not visit again and give him another opportunity. I don't know him and he didn't remember me, but I remember him and suspect that rude is is default setting. On each occasion I went to look at a machine that HE COULD NOT GET STARTED. Two were brand new, one was used. I guess his rudeness was bluster and cover for selling junk that wouldn't even start--not really sure. But I can tell you this, if you know a bit about these types of machines (which I do) and ask the right question about this that or the other, while the thing won't start the guy goes off like fireworks and starts getting loud and rude and (like magic) the fact that his machine won't start it has less to do with the machine, and more to do with the suggestion that you (the customer) are an AHole. Now the mechanics I've met on two different occasions (the men trying to get the machines started), both men in their 70s (like me) are the friendliest most honest and most likeable people imaginable. I do find it interesting that what they tell me (when the boss ain't around) is not the same thing the boss says when he shows up. They weren't trying to hard sell or be slippery, just chatting about the machine honestly with me. When the boss/lizard person showed up and joined the conversation facts, specs, repair histories, and such changed--not to mention the over all tone of the conversation--which went from my perspective from straight forward and forthcoming conversation that gear heads chat about to the stuff that bulls make out of their back ends that you are not allowed to type out in a review on Yelp. Pounds and pounds and pounds of it were hitting the ground at one point via the lizard person. I got a little bit of it on one of my shoes and will not be going back for more. I recommend extreme caution when viewing or choosing from the inventory at this place. If he acts like this when SELLING I can't even imagine how he would act on a warranty or repair issue. Nick hooked up his trailer and drove his truck to transport my bike and didn't ask for a dime. He helped a stranger in need knowing he would get nothing in return. Nick and his crew let me to use their tools and charged my battery while still asking for nothing in return. They stored my motorcycle overnight while the battery charged. How We Roll Motorsports helped me even though I wasn't a customer and knowing I had no intentions of buying anything. After needing to replace my vehicle I found one here. Adam was very accommodating. I explained my situation and he seemed honest, but after receiving the vehicle I learned otherwise. Zero honest disclosure was made concerning the condition. An initial $1200 repair because it couldn't even be smogged with the check engine light on. Next, the realization that the air conditioning did not function. The alleged matching spare in back that was not matching at all. The divider between the cab and bed was destroyed and needing replacement to keep the vehicle from being stolen. Then and not even at the end of this nightmare the dash frame was destroyed holding the stereo, Onstar and other components in place. Those repairs to the dash alone are well over $3500. Calling them for answers was interesting. The refusal of both the owner and Adam to even identify themselves as though they are in hiding was curious. The promise from Adam to cover some of the costs seems to have been a lie as well. I'm not as angry as I am very disgusted and disappointed. This was the last truck I would be purchasing. I have cancer, cardiac issues and raising my best friend... my 11 year old son. At this point we can't even register the vehicle. I called them today to let them know they will be the subject of getting some truth out. Sure, the vehicle appeared great cosmetically but that's it. If you want to try to trust someone then these are not the people. Not at all honest and not at all reliable. And when every other review is 5* and you have the reviewer refer to you by only your initials"SW", you might be hiding out from something. Shady as hell. We went to both locations but preferred this Selma location due to their wide selection of products. We picked up the Polaris Sportsman 450 H.O. EPS and Hammerhead MudHead 208R and was able to get free delivery to our home that evening literally less than two hours from the time of purchase. Our sales person, Chris Torres, was knowledgeable and explained the various charges such as freight, prep, doc, registration, etc. We did some negotiating such as getting the convenience fee for using a card waived. (That was a value of $400). Things to Note (and reason I removed a star): They don't inform you until it's time to pay that they charge a convenience fee for using a debit or credit card. We were also suppose to sign a paper after a full inspection at the dealership. It was already closing time and it was being loaded up in the trailer and unfortunately we weren't given the opportunity to inspect it prior to loading. We ended up signing the form after delivery in the dark at 8pm with no full inspection due to visibility. They also didn't have a full tank of gas in the Hammerhead MudHead.
