They didn't have one but they were willing to work with me and were able to track one down and get it. Dakota put in the leg work for the search and kept me updated. Honestly can't go any lower with these guys. I purchased a Suzuki M50 a few year back from them as they were the only ones I could find with the color I wanted in this area. This was my first bike so I had some concerns about wetI was making the right decision. They assured me that they would refund me the bike as I paid cash within 30 days if there was an issue. well I put that to the test as it was too tall and too heavy for me. I hurt my back lifting it when it tilted on me almost falling over. I needed a smaller lighter bike to learn on. At 15 days I brought the bike back with the only mileage being the amount it took me to drive it over there from my ranch 15 miles away. They refused to honor their pledge and refund my money or transfer it to a bike more suited to my height They back pedaled, and made any excuse they could think of ... until they just said NO my money is gone. . Hannah in sales, Campbell in Finance, a dream to deal with! Found what I wanted online after getting let down by 2 private party sellers. Destination rocks!! Little pricey on the "service inspection" for used bikes, but they don't add other "fees" many other sports dealers do. Other dealers are adding 500-1000 dollar dealer adjustment for the unit I wanted. Then drama with my credit card.....credit card company issue, not mine or thiers. Let me first say that there are alot of good reviews for Destination Cycles.....I just dont know what these people are thinking but most are about new equipment, inspections, finance, etc. not about repairs. Note most posts are from years ago. Let me tell you about my experience. Brought my Honda Rancher to them for electric shift problems. ( I had to wait 4 weeks because they are so busy). First thing they want $125, for the inspection....even before they diagnose the problem. OK, I paid it. A day later they call and say they want me to authorize another $125 because it looks like an electrical problem (Really?) and electrical problems take alot of time to diagnose....BS. Ok, stupid me, I authorize it, A day later they call and say that they need $700 more to fix the problem. Are they crazy..or am I. Didnt tell me what the problem was. So I said, dont fix it, but get it ready for me to pick up. They call back an hour later said it was ready for me to pick up....not fixed, of course. So I picked it up and the "mechanic" did spend about 30 seconds (no kidding) with me and said something like the shift motor and angle sensor "seemed" bad. OK..I am a shadetree mechanic and I knew it was probably one or both of these before I brought it in. So he didnt tell me something I already know. I left paying $258 and a 4 wheeler that was just as it was when I brought it in. Brought it home and bought a shifter motor and angle sensor from Amazon for about $50. Let it set for a couple months cause i didnt want to fool with it. So now I get motivated and its not 105 degrees outside so I start. So..... 2.5 hours later and this includes running back and forth to the tool house for more tools and cussing alot (Sorry Lord). Thats 2.5 hours for someone that doesnt have the proper tools, equipment, and expert know how. The parts are removed and the new ones in and ......LOW and BEHOLD the thing is like new. So I paid $50 and 2.5 hours of my time to fix the bike. So at $125 per hour plus the parts it cost about $375 to fix the bike. They wanted about $900. Can you say Highway Robbery. Oh I must add the $258 that I flushed with Destination Cycles. Also, to add insult to injury.... let me say that when I took the parts out I found that the angle sensor was actually broken in two. I know I didnt do it so the "mechanic" did it when he was farting with the bike. The angle sensor is protected by a shield so it cant be broken like that. It can go bad but now be broken apart. Dont worry they wont fook me a secont time.....I wont be back and no one I talk to will either. DESTINATION CYCLES......destination to nowhere!! read more

I bought a 2016 Yamaha Viking new in 2016 from destination cycle. They were the only ones to service my Viking. The last time I had service done the tech left the plug in the side of the engine loose and it dumped all the oil. $3200 later I have my Viking back with no help from destination cycle. Then I went to buy a spark plug for the same vehicle and they sold me the wrong plug, would not fit in the head. I will never go back to this place. one star is too much for these idiots. read more

These guys were amazing! Bought a used BMW F650GS from them. Flew in from Washington State, picked the bike up and drove it 2400 back home. They worked with me to hold the bike so I could get out there, helped me get it all strapped up too go, went over everything on the bike and answered all my questions. If that wasn't enough, when the bike had some issues on the way home they were quick too assure me that they would stand behind the bike for the 30 day warranty and paid for the repairs. TLDR: Great experience! I was looking for a 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere which, as of this writing, just came on the market. I live in Austin, Tx, and Destination Cycle was the only dealer that I could find in Central Texas that had this bike. Not only that, they had both the standard version and the ES and they were offering $1000 off MSRP on both. None of the other dealers in the area could tell me when they would get it or if they would offer any discounts. The financial officer mentioned that they are the only Gold level Yamaha dealer in Texas (or something like that), so maybe that's why they had it before everyone else. I contacted Destination through their Cycle Trader ad, Jason L gave me the full price breakdown over email for the ES, and I agreed to a deal on the phone. They took a small credit card deposit to hold it and we arranged a time where I would come pick it up. Pretty easy! Side note - Kent Powersports in San Antonio also listed the 2014 S10 for sale on Cycle Trader but after contacting them they said they didn't actually have one, didn't know when they would get one, and tried hard to sell me on a 2013. Super lame. Anyway, I made the 2hr drive to Kerrville from Austin with the gf, ate some barbecue, and went to pick up the bike. It's a nice clean shop with a showroom that favors cruisers - which makes sense given that it's in the hill country and that's the most common type of rider out there. The bike was exactly as described. Jason got the process started, I had a quick conversation with Ken the sales manager, and then I went through the paperwork with Crista in finance. No surprises, they offered me some service packages which I declined, and they didn't give me the hard sell on them which I appreciated. Next I met with Jeff the Service Manager and he went over the bike with me in detail. Jason told me that Jeff lives and breathes bikes and I can certainly believe it after he went over the S10 with me. Very thorough. While we were talking, Bob K (the owner) walked by and exchanged a few words with me - very friendly guy. All in all it was a great experience. And then I got to take my new S10 on a 2hr ride back to Austin on a beautiful sunny day. Hard to beat that. I'm surprised there is only one other review of them on Yelp right now because they've been in business since 2000 according to their web site. I'd say if you're thinking about buying a bike from them, buy with confidence. I love my S10! read more

Woke up to belts coming through on my tire - chip rock roads on the three-sisters destroyed my remaining tire life. The awesome: I needed a 160/60 ZR17 - tough size and not available on-hand everywhere. These guys came through big time with a great Michelin Road 4. All while throwing in some additional routes to ride and some great eateries to stop at - some of the best riding I've done, period - thank you. Super knowledgeable about bike maintenance - I learned a few things - again, thank you. The super thankful, but a little pricey: The tire, out-the-door, was $220 - typically about $190, ehh. But, what are you going to do. Tire change was $97 (1-hour minimum labor), ouch - I typically pay $35-50 on tire change. But, what are you going to do. I'm thankful for the tire and I'm thankful that they stopped everything they were doing and put on the new tire to save my trip - thank you. My cost per mile is a little higher on that rubber - but shiny side up is the only way to finish the ride. I would definitely stop back in on the next trip - some great new and used inventory...thank you guys. read more

Our purchase experience was ok and everyone was very nice... until we took our other UTV for service. When we returned to pick it up the top was "missing" and they accused us of not having on when it was delivered to them. Eventually they offered a replacement top which was totally inferior to the one we had. The manager was belligerent and rude. Never again! read more

Sold me a motorcycle that was supposed to be all that and a bag of chips. Had it 1 year and it went thru 6 batteries. Put a new rear tire on, and the drive belt snapped 2 days later, "not our fault" was the answer. HMMMM could it be the belt was adjusted to tight when the rear wheel was off???? Found out it had warranty safety issues, took it back, "oh, we dont sell or work on those anymore". Had to go to Austin for warranty work. Came to find out, the company that made the bike pulled out of the U.S.......nice! Cant blame them totally, but they shouldnt be pushing junk on people. read more

Traded in a Yamaha and bought a Victory. Corey handled the entire sale with ease. I had to wait 3 weeks for my title on my Yamaha to clear and they waited patiently for me. When I got there Crista walked me through the paperwork and was very helpful and professional. Just as I was about to get the "walk around orientation" on my new bike, the Service Manager came over and said that they needed to put a new battery in the Victory and it wouldn't take but a couple of minutes. He checked the new battery and it was overcharging when he revved the motor. It was determined that the Victory needed a new voltage regulator. They ordered one priority over night and I came back the next day ready to ride my new Victory 300 miles home. Everyone there handled all my needs with professionalism and down right friendliness. It was a pleasure doing business with all of them and even though there was a glitch in the purchase process, I was treated extremely well. I was in need of a tire as I was rolling thru Kerrville. Fortunately for me, this facility was open on a late Saturday afternoon. They jumped right on it and I was out the door and they got to leave at quitting time. Good folks. Pleasant and polite. Now don't be fooled tho. The remoteness has you over a barrel. The tire wasn't too bad to take, but price on the tire change is still hard to take, and that was over a year ago. ouch.
