Sir Pizza - Bellevue has been our go to spot for the last 4 years... Friday, April 24th we realized that the customer service has shifted. I witnessed an employee being rude to a couple that was trying to enjoy dinner then as I'm approaching the window it was 8:48pm and the new owner tells me that they are closed. I asked what time they closed and he stated 9 o'clock. From then I knew something was different. So I asked if it was anyway that I could please place an order to go as I'm aware it takes 10-15 mins? He replied, go ahead with attitude.. This was the second visit and I had been asking if Lisa was there and he would only smile and say "no, not today!" Well once this happened I simply asked, "Does Lisa work here anymore at all?" He replied, "No". I remember seeing her training him. while back - he over charged me one night and when I came back to pick up my pizza she apologized, gave me the overage back and asked why I didn't say anything when my price was higher that normal. It'll never be another Lisa!! I wish I would've known that she was leaving... I would've been looking for a new pizza place in our area. This place was absolutely horrifying. I didn't even go here to get food for myself. I walked in. I was on the phone with DoorDash support trying to fix an issue. I had an earpiece in. I was speaking into my earpiece, with a normal tone trying to resolve an issue and the disgustingly rude woman behind the counter immediately looked at me with absolute disgust and says you need to take your conversation somewhere else!!!! I looked at her and said hi. I'm here to pick up an order for Gary and she's says " I'm not serving you!! You need to leave!! and I'm like are you serious? And she's like you need to leave or I'm calling the police!! And comes around the counter to get in my face so I backed up and started to leave and I'm so glad I was already on the phone with DoorDash support to report this lunatic... Pizza was a little pricey but, I stopped by at lunchtime and was thinking a couple slices but instead ordered the 12 inch cheese and while short chatting, decided to add pepperoni on half and it was not an issue. Square cut is not my favorite and diced toppings threw me a bit but I thought it was really tasty and so did my wife who had to wait an additional 25 min for me to get ,what was left,back home.I swear I get a wine kick from the sauce and the cheese was not overpowering. If you like dough and so many toppings you could make a sandwich get a Domino pizza. For a more authentic pie eat here. We LOVE Sir Pizza- usually! This location does not put the toppings correctly on the pizza. They only gave us a third of the meat and veggies we should have had and do at every other location. The Shelbyville and Murfreesboro (both) locations do a fabulous job. This Bellevue location - not so much! read more

We've been meaning to try Sir Pizza for some time after a lot of recommendations to do so and finally got around to grabbing some takeout this past weekend. There's only one crust option--thin and crispy. It's a very good thin and crispy though! Toppings were indeed piled nicely to the edges of each slice. Very tasty pizza that reminds me of one of my favorite old pizza joints in my hometown that I used to frequent as a teen. $20 for a fully loaded meat topped pizza wasn't too bad either. The bread sticks were okay. The specialty pizza options sound intriguing, I'm sure we'll be back to give them a try as well. read more

This was my first time at a Sir Pizza and I had a great experience!! The pizza is certainly different from what I am accustomed to, but is was delicious!! The staff were very friendly and attentive. If you're looking to dine somewhere that feels comfortable and homey, I would definitely recommend this location!! It really pains me to write this review. The Sir pizza in west Nashville (charlotte pike) used to be my favorite pizza spot 20 years ago. I ate there weekly and loved it. Now that I live in Bellevue, the Bellevue location is obviously more convenient. The first issue I have is the price. I don't mind paying extra for food that I enjoy. But this location does not live up to that standard. I ordered a kings feast (all meat pizza), and expected it to have plenty of toppings (the one in west nashville used to pile it on to where they'd fall off if you tilted your piece sideways). You don't have to worry about that happening at this location!!! They skimp on toppings soooo bad it's ridiculous - literally you'll see a part of a diced pepperoni, small piece of sausage, and a small piece of bacon if you're lucky! And then they want to charge as if they've given you extra toppings. It's happened to others I know that have gone there too so I know it's not just me. I really hate it, bc I know how good this pizza was - but oh, how far they have fallen. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

We have been a Sir Pizza family since before I was born. Growing up I didn't care too much for the thin crust pizza and their sauce, but I have grown to love it. The crust really is the best around and, unlike many of the other reviews, I guarantee you it doesn't taste like a Totinos pizza. I think people think that based on the toppings. Most all of the toppings are diced up very fine, which does give it an odd look. They are very skimpy with their toppings, especially the cheese. However, the pizza still tastes great. The prices are pretty outrageous for the amount of pizza you get. We usually have a coupon and still spend over $60. Delivery is usually pretty quick and friendly. I will say, if you are able to, go to the Sir Pizza on Charlotte Pike. It is the best Sir Pizza I've ever eaten at. read more

As a former customer of their sister brand PIZZA KING found in Indiana I have tried this store a few times with the benefit of doubt, I have been to the store a few times and the staff is very cordial and accommodating. However I ordered a pizza for delivery the other day and it took over an hour to get here and was overcooked, thin with ingredients, This 12 inch over cooked pizza cost $37.00 with lousy bread sticks { sliced pizza crust} and tip. Compared to other offers in the area there is no way I can continue to use this store. The lady whom seems to own this store is a very nice person and I debated whether or not to post this because of that , but i can no longer hold myself. I live in the neighborhood this place actually used to be pretty good. But I've tried it a couple times over the last year and things have gone way downhill. They charge more than the typical chain pizza places, and their pizza is basically bland flat bread. Minimal toppings even on specialty pizzas, and very little cheese. It's the worst pizza I've ever had. I hope that the redevelopment of this area will help this place get back on the right track. read more

The crust of your pizza is as described by fellow user, cardboard, it must be ready made frozen, and I think everything else is too. There's a glimpse of you're feta cheese salvaging this, but then it still all falls apart. Are you kidding? A $20 thin crust pizza with no fresh ingredients? Then there's the cheesesteak, where I'm a particular aficionado, how dare you! I asked for extra cheese that was anything but cheddar, and got this pathetic, tiny excuse for an actual sandwich. After giving this location chance after chance after chance there is no way in hell we will ever go back to this Sir Pizza location. This last pizza from this location was a freebie due to the fact for three times in a row they failed to make a simple pizza to order. The owner begged me to give them one more chance, they would make things right... Well the thank goodness my last pizza with them was my last one EVER...it was not what I ordered, toppings barely covered half the pizza - the other half didn't even have cheese on it just sauce and a thimble full of toppings and most of all it tasted rancid...we did not finish the pizza, threw away more than 3/4 of it. Slow...very slow. I went in and the place was empty, there were to "cooks". I watched in amazement at how slow they moved.
