The unfortunate part is that this young man that we dealt with plays the part very well. He stated…read morehis price well after viewing the property and even said, "this is a fair price due to it not being a lot of work". I happen to be home when he comes out to do the work and have a good conversation with him. He then starts to mention his competition and seems more concerned with their prices and their work. During the conversation, I'm encouraging the young man for starting his business but he seems more focused and starting his pitch of, "hey, I might have to up the prices. When I came out to see the property, I might've been tired." Weird to me because the size of the property definitely didn't change within the days he viewed and when he actually came out to do what he's getting paid for. I let him know, "listen... I'll work with you" knowing the climate of how everyone has gotten financially hit in the last 3 - 4 years and when he does get back to me with his new prices, I let him know that I'd negotiate with him. Prices are once again agreed upon and I reach out to him to find out when he's coming back out to cut the grass. He gives me a day and the day before he is coming out to cut the grass, texts me to tell me that he's decided to no longer cut the grass. Within a whole two weeks, he decides the day before to send me this decision? I then call, text, call, and text again, to get clarification to only be met with silence. When he finally reaches out later on in the night, he's now raising the price for more and letting it be known that he's only coming back out to do the grass if his new demands are met. Now, if this is not tremendously horrible business practices, I don't know what is! Put a, "Buyer's Beware" sticker all over this, "Mossy Landscaping". The sad part is, the money in question is only a $5 difference after negotiation of the added price...damn shame!

I have many of my friends who moved down south so when they see I'm at a viral spot, I'm glad to tell them about my experience. Anthony & Son Panini Shoppe is a typical New York deli but a little more bougie with TVs playing the podcast on a loop. I liked the large menu board explaining all of the sandwiches. I'm going to order my sandwich and head back to Ft Hamilton. There are lots of great sandwich choices, it's my first time here so my order will be be the FDNY: A huge hero stuffed with fresh fried chicken cutlets, melted mozzarella and the famous vodka sauce on garlic bread. Total banger! I'm glad I ordered the sandwich, chicken cutlet parm is my go to sandwich. The next day, I see a video with Sabino making the FDNY with a guy from Italy. They stuffed the FDNY sandwich with pepperoni? The cashier at the register, I explained to her my order. Mr Anthony stepped up and I said, I saw the sandwich online? He said oh yeah, he instructs the deli man to make the sandwich with the extra ingredients. I take a picture and send it to my cousins husband in Myrtle Beach. He's going nuts because we were both drooling when they made it. Anthony & Son Panini Shoppe, thanks for the great sandwich the other day!

Recommend the anthony & son panini - chicken cutlet isn't dry, a good layer of fresh mozzarella with balsamic glaze and vegetables. Great proportions of ingredients and left you full. The cheesesteak was solid but not super standout.
