not sure if this is the location I used, since i'm in Alpharetta. had a bathroom remodel done so I was throwing out the old floor, toilet, sink, cabinet, bathtub, wallboard, etc. Called to get an idea of price, because I didn't want 2 call them out if it was too much. they said didn't matter, no obligation to have the stuff picked up. going online was easy, appointment/schedule was very flexible. guys called me 20 minuters before arrival. there were 3 guys, 2 trucks. the main tech looked at the items and gave me a minimum and maximum price. I gave them the ok. 15 minutes later they were done. The 2nd technician then said it ended up being more - $ 100 more than their stated maximum price. What was I supposed to do, tell them to take it off the truck? If I was a guy I would have argued, but I didn't feel like arguing with 3 men on my driveway. So I paid. Not happy, they should have honored their price, if the tech made a judgement mistake why should I get stuck with the bill? No, I will not use them again. The clean up was adequate, but not meticulous. read more

We needed the remaining items removed from our house after the packers were done packing and loading our stuff on the moving truck, on the morning of our closing day in-order to be able to close on the house on-time. Mohammad and Chauncey arrived at about 8:30 am and were done with the entire removal and clean-up in just two hours. We were able to make our closing time and were able to close on two houses on the same day, thanks to their efforts and hustle. These two gentlemen were very professional and worked extremely well together, getting the job competed and we were totally satisfied with the results. I can't speak for them if you have a lot of stuff to be removed. I had one couch to be taken away. I was charged $100. The two guys were polite and they were in and out in a matter of minutes. Super easy. If you only have a couple items to be removed, I'd highly recommend them. As far as the price goes, around my area everywhere else I looked had a minimum of at least $130, and I don't have a means of transporting it myself. Also I didn't want to deal with hauling it down three flights of stairs.. obviously cheaper route is to do it yourself, but if your like me and would much rather have someone else do the lifting, they were great. Khyree and Murphy helped me clear out a vacant house that had previously been owned by a hoarder. It took two visits for them to get everything. Both times, they arrived right on time, they were pleasant, and they left the house nice and clean. I was contacted by 1-800-GOT-JUNK telling me that a crew was on their way to my house on a day when I hadn't made an appointment, and I did have to get a bit insistent to be sure I got Khyree and Murphy the second time. Those are minor issues but the schedulers should pay more attention. I would be happy to use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again should the need arise. read more

The guys were extremely unprofessional. However, when I reported it, one of the managers contacted me and the issue was addressed. They even gave me a discount on my service. How do I feel after my massive amount of junk was removed? Wonderful. Mohammed, Terence, Terrius, Darius, and Clay arrived early, did a thorough estimate of what needed to be removed, and very efficiently removed about 75 cubic yards of all kinds of junk. They brought 5 trucks and 5 men total, and it only took them 6 hours to remove all of this, including the time that it took to do a very thorough clean up. While the guys who came by were really nice, the quote system was terrible. We told them a sofa, loveseat and chair and they quoted $160 for 40 cubic feet. Unfortunately for them, when the guys came to get our stuff, they then told me the base charge was $318 (1/4 load) PLUS an additional $150 for the sofa...really!??? Why didn't she tell us about the upcharge for a particular item? Will not use them again and will tell our friends not to use them either. read more
