Contacted Junk King for a hot tub removal. The initial contract was great but the rep was a no show. After taking time off to accommodate the scheduling the rep contacted me telling me he didn't have any other work in my are do he didn't want to cone out. He adk for me to go out in the storm and take Picture's. I then received an email saying I canceled very poor service. I would not recommend this company. read more

I had a VERY good experience with Junk King. They were able to help me the next day that I called, other places I called were at least 2 weeks out. Harold, Santos, Eric and Sam came on this job and they did great job taking away the stumps in my backyard. They were able to fit everything in 2 loads so I paid less money than the original estimate. Junk Kings really helped me out when I needed to get rid of some furniture and my washer and dryer. And for a great price too! My only critique would be is that I didn't know that I needed to unhook the washing machine beforehand. I don't know if that was something noted on their website, I didn't see anything about it. Regardless the people who came were really cool about it, and unhooked it for me anyways, but they let me know for the future, and made me aware that unhooking it was not covered by insurance, so I really appreciated the heads up! Thankfully everything went smoothly, and the process was quick and painless. Highly recommend! read more

They gave me a very reasonable quote and quickly took everything including scrap wood flooring, old bathroom vanity, a large old door and scrap wood. I set up time for them to come by and give me a quote and was told over the phone but it started at $88 when they arrived they let me know that one chair would be $99 and a little bit that I had to be hauled off which would even take half of the back end of a normal pickup truck they wanted $200 so if you got the money still do you a great job read more

I used the text contact on the website, they made an appointment with me to come give me an estimate between 4-6 pm on 6/8/18, gave them my address, phone and email. At about 7:11 pm I sent another text as the had not arrived or called, by 7:35 I still had no response, sent another text to just forget it and I would find another way to dispose of my 60 bags of yard trimmings. No response, no call, nothing. Totally unprofessional and apparently don't want business. Stay away. read more

We have used them 2 times now. Once was to remove an old couch from the 2nd floor of an apartment building and then we also just use them to remove an old entertainment center and an old TV.
