I was having a headlamp replaced down the street from this store and needed to go pick it up. I didn't know exactly what I needed (and I'm sure it was written all over my face) and he stepped right up to help me find exactly what I needed. He looked it up in the computer, called Midas to make sure I was getting the right thing, and even went and got it off the shelf for me! I couldn't have asked for better service. The store itself is a little worse for wear. The floors could use a good mopping, but I'm totally willing to overlook that because the service is great.

He dropped everything he was doing to try to help my situation, and when I was stuck in their parking lot for 5 hours (he spent an entire one of those hours under the hood of my car attempting every effort possible to get it back up and running), offered me cold water bottles and to come inside to their A/C. Showed such kindness that truly made my day infinitely better, despite my situation. Not only was he gracious, but he was knowledgeable about what he was talking about. Seriously alleviated any stress of mine that he could and went the extra TEN miles. Give this man a raise!
