Their prices are retail prices anymore. And the ladies that are behind the counter, do not give a rats ass about anything but what the prices they make up for what you need to get. A friend of mine, and I went out there yesterday, looking for odds and ends for his car and a couple of things for myself. Before I went in, of course, I had to ask a few questions and all I got was nasty snotty attitude from all woman. The young man, with curly hair and glasses was completely stoned or completely brain dead. I'm not positive. But he lacked and social skills in any way shape or form. We did pull the parts, Friend was told it would be $80 for a rim and tire, which of course, like the sign says we had to pull. It was my turn, I stepped up and I got nothing but lousy ass attitude! I was told the seats for $35 and a few dollars more for electric seats which I didn't mind. After I looked at my receipt, for some reason, two seats came out to almost $100 I asked why things went from a basic $70 to nearly 100, they said it was the taxes plus an explosive environmental fee! I asked the question of why the environmental fee was so much, they said because of all the mess that they have on the ground and that gets passed on to us. So I went outside and started to go get my vehicle. My friend comes outside and says you should hear how they're being vulgar as possible about you asking questions about the environmental fees. I do not recommend this you pull and save anymore. I haven't been there since 2021 in that place is absolute joke! The people that work there except for two that day, are a joke they're rude. They're inconsiderate and they make up prices as they go. Please don't let them tell you that the prices are in the computer, because if they were things would probably be better priced. Just goes to show that if you ask questions and try to be as kind as possible, douche bags, still think that they rule the world. I personally will not be returning to this one. I might use the one in Wilder if I do need something important or I will actually go to a different place. It's 45 minutes further away because they actually offer better customer service and they're negotiable on prices. Bessler is no longer a great place to get parts. read more

My fiancé wanted to go to the "junk" (junk is a bad word in our house) yard for his birthday so we hit up besslers. We recently got a Dodge Dakota to build into a race truck so we were looking for spare parts, we also found parts for my dads mustangs. This yard is very organized and they have a ton of cars to look though. Admission to get into the yard is two dollars and you can take as much time as you need. The people working at the desk will give you prices on anything you need and are very helpful. All around Bessler's made my mans birthday a pretty great one :) read more

I have three vehicles. And, I do drive all of them as equally as possible. So, there is always something going wrong or something breaks in everyday use. I know just what to do : what is the name of the part and if it side specific or not. And I go right in and get on my Computer, and see if there is at least one in stock on the yard. I check availability, if the vehicle has been wrecked, I look to see what was damaged. And could the impact effect the part that I'm after,? then, the condition of the piece needed, if possible. After that,I look at Besslers Website and see if they have any cars like mine. if so, and It looks like there is a good chance for me to get the part I need, Then I go to Bessler's and get the part off and pay for it. That's it. Very nice staff and helpful as well. They even print you a list of the cars and what row they are sitting in. I've never had an issue there . I paid cash for a part and core charge. When I returned the core they said that they would only give me my core charge back if I gave them my credit card information. If I wanted them to have my credit card information I would have paid with a credit card. Not what I would call above board business practices. read more
