I needed To add oil to my car and my dealer was giving me the run around. I went to autozone and Dale N was incredibly helpful. I bought the oil for my car but he could tell I know nothing about cars and actually went to the parking lot and showed me how to check the oil level and add the oil. Autozone is located near the Crossroads Church off Madison Rd/Ridge. Near Target and Petsmart. The headlights on my drivers side went out and needed to change the light bulb. I went to Autozone because my dad highly recommend it (he's a mechanic). I went on my lunch break. I walked in and a gentleman assisted me right away. I spent only $11.00 (with tax) and he installed it for me. I was there for only 15 minutes. I've been to Autozone for a couple of years now. I've purchased a car battery, spark plugs, windshield wiper, and more. All the times I've been, there was no problem. Always a smooth transaction. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Plus items in the store are not overwhelming and not hard to find. If you cannot locate it, someone is there to assist you right away. My car battery died one morning and I knew it needed to be replaced, not just jumped. I called Auto Zone and Dale was super helpful and told me they were happy to look at it. I pulled up and was helped immediately, Dale even changed my battery on the spot! I was in and out in 10 mins and the whole process was smooth, easy and friendly. Bought a new headlight here a couple weeks ago and couldn't get it switched out, so I came back in the rain and asked for assistance. There was a nice guy who helped me figure it out and switched it for me. I was very thankful they didn't judge me (at least openly) for not being able to do it myself. read more

I feel like it's a law of the universe that if your car battery is going to die (completely), it is going to be when it is raining outside and you're already having a stressful day. I was having *one of those days* yesterday. After getting a jump, the guy helping me pointed out that I have some corrosion on my battery so I went to AutoZone to get it checked out. Did you know that they will test your battery for free? The people that worked here were very friendly, and explained all of my options once we decided that I should definitely get a new battery. I don't know the first thing about cars, but they didn't treat me like an idiot. They removed my old battery and installed a new one for free. From testing to starting up my new car battery and driving away it only took about 30 minutes. I will definitely come back here again if I need help with a known car problem. read more

Normally I have good experiences at AutoZone, but this was not one of those times. I came in to purchase new windshield wiper blades, and asked what sizes I should buy for my 2002 Toyota Camry, and cashier told me the proper size. When I saw that they did not have the size I was looking for at the price I could afford, I grabbed the next size down, and went to the cash register. When the cashier saw that I had bought a smaller size, he told me in very condescending manner, "You're supposed to have a 19 inch wiper blade. Are you not listening? Are you out of it today?" I've never been treated so rudely. He could have checked the back to see if there were more in that size in stock, or at the very least used a nicer tone. I will not be spending my money at this place again. Congratulations, AutoZone, you've just lost another customer. read more

The service tech was very helpful making sure I got the right replacement windshield wipers for my car. The selection was good however they were out of one I needed. The service tech let me know when the item would be restocked. Overall a good visit. read more

I came in to have my battery tested and then replaced once we deemed it a bad battery. Worst service ever! Will be going across the street from now on to oreilly's. Autozone on Ridge is not worth the one star. I waited in line a total of 45 minutes for a turn signal bulb. I was capable of finding the bulb I needed, however the clerk insisted on getting it for me. I waited 15 min in line to pay for it. Tried to install the bulb the very next day and it was not the correct bulb. I took it back and waited another 15 min in line to return said bulb. The only clerk working the register took it and pointed to the aisle where the bulbs were. I found the correct bulb and brought it back to the line where I waited yet another fifteen minutes for him to say, "Oh, just take it. They are the same price." Seriously? My car is a 1990. They just lost a ton of business. read more

I've never had a bad experience with this Autozone, and the staff recently went above and beyond to give outstanding service. They assisted me (did it all for me) in replacing various parts of my car, even though they were not required to and it was kind of a pain in the ass--in addition to the place about to close. I am literally creating an account to write this review. Nicholas, the Assistant Manager went above and beyond to help me with my problem. I literally came in to check out whether they had a fastener, hoping to save lots of money by DIYing my little license plate repair. Not only did he confirm that I had bought the right item, he explained how it worked, then proceeded to completely fix my license plate. I will continue to back to this store. I'm so glad to see that customer service still exists!!! read more

Great location along I-71. The selection is standard for AutoZone locations, i.e. they probably have it in stock. Their workers are average as far as customer service goes, but they will make sure your car has the right part (tip: the off brands are often available and at lower costs). Don't forget that they can test such things as batteries and other components for you for FREE. Stop here before you drop cold hard cash with a mechanic. Turning left out of here is almost impossible so just go with the flow and turn around at a more convenient spot. read more

I come in here for random parts every now then. However, last weekend, my alternator started dying on a sunday so I was able to make it to the parking lot of the Autozone. Marcus (I think I'm spelling it right) is the Parts Sales Manager there and helped me to diagnose the issue and helped me to charge my battery (for free) so that I could drive up to my mechanic in Sharonville. Really good dude and good store. The people are quite helpful. read more

If you are in need of auto supplies this store has always given me good customer service and they have the motor oil I need for my car. So even though it is a bit of a drive for me and I have closer alternatives, I will be sticking with this store. read more

I've often gone to Autozone for help with car issues in the past and have typically had good service and help, however, my most recent two visits (both in the past week), I've had awful service. The employees are slow to offer help, even when standing at the counter, and made me feel dumb for not knowing when certain parts should be replaced. I will now be taking my business to O'Reilly's in hopes that they have better customer service. read more
