I'd been getting parts from this AutoZone for a few years and now I wonder how many times they screwed me over. Had someone check a battery for me and said it was the starter that needed to be replaced. Took it to a local shop that tested the battery again and told us it was dead since it was the original factory battery from 2021. Apparently AutoZone likes to try and upsell stuff you don't need for your vehicle so you can just keep spending money to not fix the problem. Shameful. read more

Brandon is the GOAT!!! Runs this location better than any establishment of any type of business I've ever been to. He dropped everything he was doing to try to help my situation, and when I was stuck in their parking lot for 5 hours (he spent an entire one of those hours under the hood of my car attempting every effort possible to get it back up and running), offered me cold water bottles and to come inside to their A/C. Showed such kindness that truly made my day infinitely better, despite my situation. Not only was he gracious, but he was knowledgeable about what he was talking about. Seriously alleviated any stress of mine that he could and went the extra TEN miles. Give this man a raise! read more

So close to where the car died and such a clutch investment! Thank you Autozone! The jumper came fully charged and it really only took 15 minutes of my life to get my Monday back in gear! The cashier seemed a little manic but was helpful. I think he may have been over caffeinated. Lol. I usually support the local guy at the neighborhood hardware store but the proximity to the job was just to good to be true. Advice for the week....don't leave your lights on when you get out of the car! Today could've gone completely different if Autozone didn't step in an save the day! I have visited this specific location numerous times, but experienced sub par customer service while being serviced today. I was told inaccurate information regarding warranty & return policies. In addition I was given incorrect parts after having already paid which I was as not made aware of until it was time for my car to be fixed. Car trouble is always a hassle in and of itself. Terrible customer service from cashiers & managers at this location made an already daunting tasks even worse. read more

If you think you're smart by looking up parts on-line, noting that they're IN STOCK AT THAT STORE, and then going down there, well, evidently their definition of IN STOCK is different than what yours is. They didn't have the struts and shocks I was looking for, so I had to go all the way to Mason where all the smelly yuppies who hate each other live. ALWAYS CALL before going here to double check. It's an Autozone, so if you've been to one, you've been to them all. The staff here were friendly and helped me find a suitable replacement windshield wiper blade (they have all sizes and price ranges). I recommend joining their frequent shopper program as you can attain points or discounts after a few purchases over $20. The location is nice and there is plenty of parking. Liek all Autozones, you can have them test your battery and even charge it if possible. They also have tools available to use or rent. read more

Guy working there trying to up sell me on everything. Went in to get a bulb replacement. It was my second one and he try's to sell me a 20 dollar one. The previous one I got was 15. Then he try's to up sell me again with all this other crap I don't need. Do they make a commission here. I had 10% off and he seemed like I was inconvenience him. I know it's only 1.50, but any money you can save is great! Won't be going back here. read more

Usually I feel that autozone is awesome to take care of your vehicle and verify what you need. The guys here would make me never want to come back to another store if you hadn't experienced excellent customer service before with this establishment. We went in and waited which isn't a problem. What is disappointing is that they chose to help other people that walked in after us. The attitude by parts manager was very cold/snide. When I asked for help with what I needed he said "aisle 4." He made no effort to point out or assist beyond location in store when I asked him for his help on what tools I would need to change my spark plugs. He even said in a grumble, "if you don't like it than you can leave" in reference to someone asking if another employee was working. Disappointing to say the least. I will find auto zones where people appreciate their job and helping others fix/work on their cars. Don't go here if you want to be treated with mutual respect. read more
