It was off about 30 miles, not to my advantage. I did'nt catch it until I left the storage unit. I called as soon as I caught it on Saturday morning. I was told to take a picture of the speedometer and it will be corrected on Monday morning. When I called Monday morning to let the staff know, who was Tory, I was a little upset, but I did not cuss or raise my voice. She decided that I was an irate customer and she was not going to let me get in her space and she would not talk to me any further. She was explaining to me the policy about checking the truck out before I left to see if it was OK. I really did not have time to do that in the parking lot before I left. I told her I had calmed down, however, she still refused to talk to me and hung up on me. I called back and she let it go to another location, I have been at this facility for 12 years renting trucks and storage space, I have never had any trouble. Good Customer service is rare. At this point I am trying to find the regional or area manager to make a complaint. They did correct the problem, but there was no reason for her to hang up on me.
