Maria, called us immediately after the request was made and stayed in contact with me the entire time Via text. Once they arrived, they got to work immediately and got everything inside our apartment in less than an hour. They put everything where we wanted it and didn't break anything. We will definitely be requesting them again when we move into a house.

But we had to pay for 72.... here's what happened.... My husband picked up the truck and the salesman never explained about the drop-box option for after hours. On Sunday, when we finished at 3pm, the store had already closed at 1pm. (The store front is behind gates and the truck lot is across the street from the store.) My husband was told to leave the keys under inside the truck by another customer but he said that would be a bad idea given the location. So he had no way to deliver the truck and the store owner/mgr refused to give him a break and charged us the additional $50 ($30/day + $15 insurance + 3 miles back and forth to our home for safe storing of the truck). I can understand that we would pay the miles for that, but not the other charges. He wouldn't budge on this ... craZy. I mean, advise your customers how to return a rental if you're going to be closed when the customer will be returning the truck, ESPECIALLY if you're store hours are silly early as 1pm on a weekend. And if you forgot to do that, be a stand-up guy and waive that extra day rental cost. Or even offer to split it... offer something. It's not like ppl rent moving vans often enough that they should be expected to know these things AND that you're going to close suPer early!!
