Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! I received a text at 2:30 stating they were 54 minutes out only for the technician to arrive at 4. The technician was having issues with the equipment and took almost an hour after having to call the office many times to actually get started. He did add the odor elimination to all 5 spaces after I paid extra for just one room. The carpets looked fine after and seem to be drying as expected. After he left, I noticed that there were some small things like, he must have hit my daughters desk with the machine as one of my daughters Lego sets had fallen an broke (she's in college and not home so I knew it wasn't her). I didn't complain about the late arrival, lack of communication or anything else and was just hoping that the technician would do something automatically for the inconvenience.
