A few weeks ago, I brought in a very expensive blouse into the place and David called me that they had ruined my blouse and felt very bad about it. He said he would do whatever I wanted to do...be reimbursed with dry cleaning services or pay for the blouse. I chose to get payment for the blouse and showed him the cost to replace. Without hesitation, he wrote out a check so I could buy a replacement. David is a true person and good businessman. Accidents happen and he owned up to it. I will continue to use the cleaners as they do an excellent job and prices are reasonable. I told him he could sleep at night as he did the right thing! Thank you!!!!

She asked me fine details like if I wanted original hemming or to simply cut to the length I needed and go from there. It's a $10 difference so I rather keep the original hemming but I appreciated the subtle details. Unfortunately though, she isn't able to get ink stains out, so I do need to find someone who might specialize in that.

Even on a weekend, I was able to use a small and medium machine next to each other, and the loads only took about 30 minutes each.
