They VCut out a section and said "Satisfaction Guaranteed". Lol Melissa gaslighting, Scott inept initial evaluation, sub standard concrete work. Lee's attempt to clean the filter, leaving out parts on reassembly and upon my inspection, did a very sloppy job. The pool pump motor then started making noise. I called Melissa and she wanted to charge me for a service call...after already paying them thousands. IMHO, a more appropriate name for this company is "1 Mediocre Pool Solution" read more

The team of multiple suppliers did a satisfactory job on work, including the acid wash, calcium removal, rebar, water replacement, and Pentair re-wiring. However, the company struggles with organization on medium-sized projects, particularly regarding supplier coordination and communication. Customer service with Melissa did not meet expectations, as I had to proactively follow up via text and web messaging to get answers. I was also disappointed when Scott, who was a key reason I chose this company, became defensive instead of understanding challenges and the sequence-of-events. I had to manage and seek when vendors were coming out and when they arrived in the wrong order and at the wrong time. The pool materials was left out and the pool was left without chemicals and filter running with fresh water for 1.5 weeks. While I recognize it wasn't their responsibility to add chemicals; it should have been communicated and at least in working condition but they didn't want to come out again after they refilled the pool until Pentair technician came out to avoid another trip. While they pointed to my schedule, I was only referring to the programming portion as I communicated, not the critical need to get the system running immediately after filling the pool. I understand everyone is busy, but I suggest Scott seeks to understand the client's perspective before responding in such a manner to get folks on the same page. A positive shout-out to Lee, who is a Pentair whiz and was super helpful. read more

Outstanding Pool Light Repair - Highly Recommend! Scott and his team did what couldn't be done. We had a single pool light cable that was completely stuck in the conduit, along with older lights that needed replacement. Scott managed to safely extract the jammed cable without any damage and replaced the existing lights. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They kept us informed throughout the process and made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. I was having problems with the pool of the house I just moved into. While I was not sure what the issue was, I decided that it was time to get it looked by a professional because the equipment was likely at least 20 years old and the pool heater was very inefficient. I decided to get a pool pump upgrade first with 1 Awesome Pool Solution to take advantage of Nevada Energy rebate, and Scott was very knowledgable and had honest pricing. So I decided to also have him give me a quote for my pool filters and pool heater! He gave me a great price for all three, much better than quotes I received by other companies (with Mayweather pricing $$$) -- it was 20% lower total cost without any compromise in work quality. We ran into a gas line issue, and he put me in touch with the right plumber to fix it. End result is a new system, excellent work ethic, and happy customer.
