He was friendly while being very professional. He deduced that pump #1 was disabled, which caused the spa not to work. Antonio said he could replace the pump, but first, he wanted to see if there was a reason it wasn't working. He found the wire leading to pump #1 was lying in water and had a small break that caused the breaker to flip. Instead of paying for a new pump, I just had to pay for a new wire to pump #1. It's very nice to have a repair person who looks for the most inexpensive way to fix your hot tub. I will continue to do business with AG Spas!

We ultimately chose 4M Specialties. This company has been family owned and doing business in the area for over 30 years (receiving top ratings from the BBB). While 4M was not the cheapest (maybe slightly below average), Mike (Miguel) and Jorge took the most interest in understanding our needs/desires and demonstrated/communicated the greatest knowledge (from years of hands-on experience). Our experience was fantastic in terms of knowledge of the trade/skills, quality of work, and customer care as compared to the contractors my wife and I have worked with over the last 40 years. This experience began with initial project scoping and continued through materials selection (e.g., grout color), design options (accent tile placements), project execution and clean-up (by the crews), and final walk-thru (to ensure our complete satisfaction). Although phone responses were initially not as timely as we would have liked, we found that this was never an issue once the project began -- Mike provides nearly immediate response to texts whenever he is not on site. As for the work crews themselves, extremely polite and considerate. Whenever we had any questions during the process, the supervisors addressed them immediately. Each member of the various trade crews was respectful of our landscape and property, and never left for the day without a thorough cleanup of the work site (all of the 4M employees we met had been with the company for 15+ years). He asked me a lot of questions to learn what was important to me and explain all the differences in the types and models. We agreed upon a fair price and he had it all taken care of. He kept in touch with me the whole way through the install. After the sale any questions I had he answered. He even connected with my pool person to walk him though how to take care of my spa. In my experience most times when you buy an expensive item you never hear from the salesperson again. Not with Ketie he follows up with his customers to make sure they are extremely happy and that any and all issues are resolved. I had some challenges with app to manage the hot tub and he helped me to get to the right people at Calspas to get it fixed. I absolutely recommend this place and especially Ketie.
