I have a negative review because all of the illegal parking blocking the entrance and exit of town pantry I've almost got t-boned at least 10 times trying to pull out it is illegal is 2-hour parking not all day parking he's using a public lot for his private parking there is absolutely no parking on the main Street for anyone if I parked my vehicle out there all day long I definitely would get a ticket so I don't know why this guy gets away with breaking the law everyday I've already bitched to the town hall they don't want to do anything about it I'm going to keep on bitching until this guy gets tagged right is right they cannot let one certain person Park every single vehicle on the main Street all day long but other people do it if they get ticketed it's not right and it should be addressed read more

I had used two excellent auto repair shops in this area over the past several decades. As with most folks, once I found a trusted shop I would patron that shop exclusively until its business situation changed for whatever reasons. Recently, I had to find a new shop for my BMW 328. I am so glad that I had decided to give Nuno at 1 Fine Auto a try. My BMW had two problems. The car had an engine oil leak and intermittently it would shake at cold startup. The latter problem generated ambiguous error codes and was difficult to reproduce. Nuno was very patience listening to my description of the problem. He then asked a lot of good questions, inspected the car, ruled out several possible causes, called me to ask more specific questions and finally gave me a thorough explanation on the most likely problems with my car and the best repair approach. These two problems were fixed and at a very reasonable price (I did research on repair costs on the internet). He showed me the faulty parts and even took a video of the repair for me. I now know what the inside of my car's engine looks like. Nuno is a very honest person. He really knows BMW and the shop had different car brands being worked on when I was there. Without getting into detail, he does work hard to save money for his clients. 1 Fine Auto is now my go to auto shop. read more

I decided to call 1Fine Auto about the problems I was having with the AC on my F150 truck because of the reviews citing Nuno's consideration for his customers, commitment to diagnosing the underlying problem, scrupulous honesty in only doing the necessary work, and extremely reasonable and fair charging for services. Well, Nuno lived up to all these expectations! It took a couple of attempts for him to diagnose and fix what turned out to be multiple issues, and all along Nuno tried to minimize the costs. Fingers crossed (always with auto issues!) but it looks like Nuno did indeed correctly diagnose and fix the problems, minimized the cost to fix them, and provided all round stellar service. By the way, the dealer was a complete fail on this issue. In my experience Nuno combines competence, business ethics and customer service to the highest level. Thanks Nuno - I'll be back! read more

Five stars for work they DIDN'T do! Let me explain: My father and brother have been longtime customers of 1 fine auto and told me about what a great mechanic Nuno is. I recently moved back to the area and had brought our CRV to the Honda dealership for a check up. The Honda dealership told me that the car needed a new driveshaft to the tune of $2500. I remembered my father's recommendation and decided to call Nuno for a second opinion. Over the phone he told me that he could source a less expensive part replacement and that the cost would be significantly less but suggested that I bring in the car so he could double check it. I brought in the car so he could check it out, fully planning to fork over some cash for a new driveshaft. But he inspected it and found that there was no need to replace it. He could have easily gone ahead with the work but instead took the honest route. I so much value honesty from a mechanic and I will 100% be going back to 1 fine auto for all of my future car maintenance needs. Thank you Nuno! read more

This garage is not a big one, but the owner is honest and trustable. I would come again. First time my car is fixed very fast and price is reasonable. Today I called for un start car. Actually I called for check their working hours and availability of the next day. However,at the end ,the owner asked me the situation , diagnosed the problem right away. The battery probably died.
