I was a walk-in and did have to wait a bit to be seen but a bridal party came in before me so that was just bad timing on my part. First off, this place is gorgeous! Everything is so clean and beautiful, it feels luxurious the minute you walk in. The service was incredible as well, I was greeted immediately, I didn't have an appointment but I went during the early afternoon so I was lucky. They had me check in on an iPad and I was immediately seated & was given color swatches to choose from. I was kindly offered a drink as well, they had a fridge full of beverages to choose from. I was very impressed with the cleanliness off this salon, they use instruments that are peel packed which means they actually sterilize their instruments (I'm pretty sure I saw the small autoclave in the back) which was extremely reassuring. Everything was labeled and put away neatly (no random or dirty containers were spotted). I felt very comfortable here, I'm usually skeptical about sanitation regarding tools and all but I felt totally fine here. Everyone was kind and Nikki did such a great job on my gel manicure, she was efficient yet precise, I was in and out under an hour with beautiful nails. She was also very gentle and didn't cut me or dig into my cuticles. This is a newer salon so I'm anticipating that they will get really busy once people find out about this place so I'll probably make appointments moving forward. I payed w my card and they had me sign my receipt of what my bill was they also took my receipt and did not give me a receipt because they are probably scamming other people too just like they did me. and don't want you to have your own proof that they take MORE money out of your bank account than the actual cost they tell you!! I have been really struggling to find a good nail tech and finally found a good one that doesn't charge too much for poor quality nails. Only complaint is that they didn't have the color I wanted wish they had a bigger selection of color for there acrylics. Also my nail tech wasn't awful but wasn't the best service she did go on her phone a lot I don't know for sanitary reason if she was supposed to but she did do a good job so who really cares I'm definitely going again. read more

Not sure what to think.... I went in for a mani pedi and I got the basic pedi which was listed at "$35" which I thought it would include nail polish... but I guess it didn't and was charged $10 extra for nail polish... Got seated right away because they weren't that busy. Foot scrub was quick, she didn't really clean or do anything to my feet (or maybe my feet didn't need any cleaning i honestly don't know) Just sort of ran the scrub back and forth. My feet feels the same, maybe I'm just a crocodile and it's impossible to scrub anything... Kidding I'm 19 and just started working and I stand a lot at work and I just thought maybe my mini callus would soften. I'd say it took less than 20 minutes to scrub, put lotion on my legs and put white nail polish on... Then I got a cuticle clean and just wanted clear coat since I can't have my nails done for work which I was charged $25 for.... Umm, service was good I guess but I paid $70.. I really could've just cleaned my own cuticles and put clear coat on at home. Wasn't really a great experience, sort of awkward.. maybe caught them on a bad day I don't know. I had high expectations and wanted to check this place out since they had so many good reviews but I really genuinely don't know overall. So earlier today I came in for a deluxe pedicure, I was seated after 5 mins or so for a walk in. My tech asked which service I would like, I told her I would like to get the deluxe pedi which was listed at 56.00 and she told me it would cost 10.00 on top if I wanted to add gel. I agree and said that was fine. So as she's working on me, she's doing an okay job, but was on her phone 50% of the time. I felt like she was rushing a little bit with scrubbing my calluses off my heels. After she was done with the whole process she walked me up to check me out. My total came out to 71.00 and I gave her my card to swipe. I thought to myself hmmm 71.00 that doesn't sound correct. I asked her did you add tip on and her response was "no". So I handed her 20.00 in cash to tip knowing the fact that it takes a lot of work. I left the salon and I decided to call back and ask for pricing. The person who picked up confirmed the pricing of deluxe pedi is 56 and 10 to add gel, no tax. Then the lady asks me why? I told her I just came in and my tech charged me 71.00 instead of 66.00. (I know it's just 5.00 extra but still please be truthful) so I can hear the lady on the phone talking to not sure if it was my tech or who ever it was and comes back on the phone saying oh it's because you got white tips. I'm thinking hmmm why didn't my tech tell me it was an additional 5.00 from the beginning, she was able to tell me that it would be 10 on top for gel? Plus this is the first salon I ever been to that charges additional 5 for white tips. Overall the tips looks okay, I won't be coming back. read more

But the guy who did my manicure was very rough and actually cut so much that I was bleeding..that's never happened to me before. Got a new set there. Went back every 2 weeks for nail fills. By the 3rd nail fill, I had 6 nails that had lifted, broke and had to be repaired. I have been getting my nails done religiously for approximately 30 yrs and had several nail technicians in the cities I lived in who were really good. I know how to care for my nails and know that the lifting and breaking I had experienced within less than 2 months was not a good thing. I went to my appointment and spoke with Sophia the owner and explained that this is not normal and that I wasn't happy about it. I thought maybe it was her acrylic or the glue used for adding the tips? Sophia got very upset and never apologized, instead she was very defensive. She raised her voice and people in her salon were now looking our direction. This was unprofessional and embarrassing. I was actually in shock because I had been a supporter of her and her salon for the past 6 months and I never would have thought that she would act this way towards me. She also stated at one point that she has been doing nails for 11 years and said something along the lines of that if I wasn't happy I should have someone else do my nails. As a customer, we have the right to bring issues to the nail tech's attention in a respectful manor. It is not something that people should be getting defensive about. I wasn't asking or expecting a discount or anything for free at this last visit. I paid for the service and will not be going back. No thank you! read more

I wanted to love this place, but it was clear that they were interested more so in getting as many seats filled rather than tending to the guests they already have seated. I went in for a Mani and Pedi and started with my Pedi and it was great! The lady was nice and I really loved my pedi she did a great job. After I was done with my pedi they sat me down for my mani. After a while my lady wasn't coming and then I see her working on someone else's pedi. So I asked am I getting someone else or something? And was then told by a gentleman that he was going to be working on me, but was barely at the cleaning stage of the girl he was working on. When I ask how long he says 10 min, which we all know that wasn't accurate. I stayed waiting, and then another girl finished and he told her to come and do me. She came and stared apologizing mind you about 15 mins after just sitting there, not even given colors to look at for my hands, but my thing is they should have communicated what was going on, not just sit me down and not say anything until I ask why my girl was working on someone else. I decided I didn't want to spend my money here. And the whole shop seemed surprised I just got up and left (paid of course). On to the next spa I guess. read more

It was my first time here today and I am super happy with what I got!!!! First when you walk into the salon it's very bright and clean, and you're greeted immediately. Fortunately, I only waited about 5 minutes and then I was seen. I went in for a pedicure and they have about 4 different packages to chose and I chose the classic pedicure. This was my first time at this salon and I definitely enjoyed it. I got a full set with white French tips and the lady who helped me did a wonderful job. She was quick but efficient and I'm really happy with the way my nails came out. I do feel like I was charged a little too much ($75) for a very short and simple set, and as much as I would love to keep going regularly because of how much I love the outcome, I don't know if I can make a dent in my pocket like that every 2 weeks. There wasn't a sign with any prices for services in the salon or on the website and the lady who worked on my nails as well as the man who check us in also didn't mention any prices.
