Healthy Nails and Spa gives the best quality of service I've ever been to and I have been to a lot of nail salons in Fresno. I feel so blessed that I found this salon! I had Kelly my first time coming here and she made my experience so welcoming and she does such a great job every single time. She is the absolute best ! She is so talented. On top of everything she really works with my schedule and will get me in even if it's on short notice. She is dependable and so is her work. I highly recommend seeing Kelly. She fixed my nails from them not being done right at other places. She gives me a more natural look and I am loving the style, length, and shape to them On top of everything she is super nice and easy to talk to. She just makes me feel comfortable.

I loooved my results! This was my first time trying GelX. I don't like getting my nails done because of how much people usually file down my nails. I loved that they actually listened. I will be coming back!

I went again because I was really happy with the gel x and the result of the inspo picture I showed them. I liked that they listened to what I suggested and requested. The set that I uploaded a video I paid $68, this included taking off the gel x , using a product to make my nails stir get and a design. They used my natural nail and gel nail polish. It hasn't been a week yet and they chipped by day 2. Small lifting and full lifting by day 4. I expected more for the price and the adding something to make the nail stronger. Unfortunately not the case. They do have a lot of options though and they create a nice relaxing place by playing music and given you water. I just would rather either more affordable priced and gel nails that actually last.

Amazing service! All the workers are so nice and the shop is always clean. Kelly is amazing at designs, whatever I ask for she does so much better than I could imagine. Will never go to another shop again

Got my nails done here today and I wish they would've been more honest on the price. Went in for a full set and a pamper me silly pedicure. My online appt confirmation quoted me 91$. 53$ for my pedi and 38$ for the reg full set. When me and my friend walked in they asked if we wanted to do gel x instead, we asked if it was the same price they said "yes yes, same price" told us it wouldn't cost extra. Well we walked to pay and it came out to 68$. 60 for the gel and 8$ extra for cuticles (which was okay cause I asked for cuticle care to be added). Anyways instead of paying 91$+8$ for cuticles and nails/pedi (99$) I paid 121$ for the most basic (plain color/short nail) for both mani/pedi. My nails came out good but not 100$+ worth. read more

The only reason why this salon is getting high 5 stars because the owner is having customers complete a review on yelp. However, I will not be returning to this salon. The person who did my nails was the lady who picked up all the phone calls. She definitely over charged me with just gel on my natural nails at $60, + $8 for cutting cuticles, +$20 for design. That was $88 for something so simple. I was disappointed how hard she filed my nails, I told it hurt and two nails were uneven. I told her but she would not fix it. I will only return to people who I know. read more

The pedicure was nice, I was not impressed with the manicure. In fact, I had to do it over within two days. I was very specific that I wanted the cuticles pushed back and removed, but I ended up having to do that at home. I didn't like the way he put on the polish either, it was thicker in some spots than others and it didn't look very good. He also didn't file my nails very smoothly. read more
