Turned out, my cooler slipped off a shelf and shattered my windshield, authenticating the Prius's "New Mexican Look". I didn't call around, I read some reviews, and Daniel said Astro was the cheapest in town. I called. $245 plus tax, that was lower than my deductable. Walk-ins welcome. Okay, then, problem solved. Aside from their immediate, quick service (they estimated two hours, done in one) and friendly employees, I was paid a special visit by the shop pug, Paco, who gently gnawed my knuckles and sneezed lil' doggie drool before the shop folks called him out. He was adorable, and a tad overwhelming. Other than that, just know that there isn't wifi, so use your hotspot if you have one, and expect to make this your go-to for repairs and replacements.

Love my shiny, new looking car that's thoroughly clean (with great smell) inside out! My car has…read morelong been overdue for cleaning...and in my mind..was simply so filthy from all the dust and fur from frequent rides and shuttling my dogs to places! While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently).
