I asked could he recommend someone or did he do deep cleaning as well and he said yes he does do that . I said i needed someone experienced and really needed the house and drawers and cabinets cleaned. Reginald assured me he could do this and to send pictures. I suggested he come out to the house and see it himself. Again he assured me it would not be a problem and we set a price of 600. When he arrived he was mad that he had already quoted me a price to clean the cabinets and house however he was going to honor the price. When I arrived to see the home. I asked him who had cleaned the house and he said His son had helped him. So I was so mad because when my tenant got to the house it was a mess. the cabinets were not even vacuumed out the mirrors were smudged all over as if they used the same rag to clean the tub then the mirrors. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER CLEANER AND PAY AND ADDITIONAL 500 TO CLEAN MY HOUSE IMMEDIATELY Although he did a good job on the carpets I simply asked could he reimburse me only 200.00. He said I had to wait two weeks! I did and now ITS BEEN MONTH AND A HALF He wont even call me back or work with me. so for 600 he did a living room and a hall and a bathroom and kept my money!!! and he used a kid to do a deep clean of a house! He took the rug with him and patiently worked on it almost daily for about two months until he had it looking brand new. Recently, we asked him to clean an expensive decorative pillow that had dried blood on it. Rather than charging for a job he knew would not come out well, he explained that the blood had been on too long and could not be removed completely.
