They arrived on March 17th. They charged us $180.00 for the service. When the tech arrived he cleaned the fireplace and he broke one of the glass doors with his equipment. He said he would replace them at the warehouse within 3 days. I told him we had to turn in keys by the 31st. He promised to have the doors back in 3 days max. Ok I gave them the whole week. No word from him or his manager Josh. Ok so now we are 10 days out and no response and I called Josh and explained that if we are charged for the doors during our walk thru I will be taking this to small claims court. It wasn't then that I was told the doors were available for replacement. Really so you had the doors but didn't intend on replacing something your tech broke until I called again. If you break something it's your job to replace it. Simple as that. If this company had been straight up with me. I probably would have used them for our new house we bought that also has a fireplace. Now I can't trust their services. I just remodeled my powder room and looked at hundreds of stone slabs at United Granite in Bowie for a vanity top. I picked several options but there was one piece poking out behind two other slabs that really spoke to me. They have a pulley system that allows them to lift and moved huge stone slabs. Then I could see the whole slab and I knew I had to have it for my powder room. The people who fabricated the stone cut the backsplash portion so that the natural veigning of the stone was perfectly matched. I am one happy customer. Thank you so much Chris!
