ASK FOR KEVIN!! I'm not really a "review" kind of person. This experience it was absolutely necessary. I'm still learning and trying to figure out automotive painting and have a lot of questions. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Kevin. And it was the best customer service I've had an I can't tell you how long. He was patient with me the entire time as I asked so many questions with multiple different scenarios. He gave me not only the pricing and the knowledge of what and how much I needed, but with the extra mile and talk to me about the technique of guns and spraying, and what products and methods will give you what results. I'm used to people just telling me the price, but Kevin stayed on the phone with me for 37 minutes and walked me through everything. And some of their prices were higher somewhere lower than the competition. I don't care about that when you get customer service like this and I need to call back down there. Kevin is gonna be there to walk me through or tell me whatever I need to know and that's the kind of people I wanna do business with. I was beyond impressed with this guy. I know this sounds over-the-top and people might say I'm sure that that's a fake review. 100% not the case. When somebody goes that extra mile for me, I will go that extra mile for them and drop a review and that's rare. I can't speak for anybody else at one-stop but Kevin's customer service now has my business for life. I feel 10 times more confident about my first experience i'm about to have painting a vehicle. I came to this location twice, months apart, to pick up some last minute supplies to finish up some projects. Both times, I was helped by Danny. My husband went in there with his buffer looking for some pads that would work with his unit and Keith sold him some pads that was not the size the buffer needed but insisted that it would work. Went home and used it only for the pads to come apart for the device. I took it back to return it and they REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND! Claimed that they couldn't return it because it's damaged and used. The girl had the audacity to ask me whether or not WalMart would give me a refund and the answer is YES THEY WOULD damaged and all. To find out the pads were defective and still they refused! I argued my case that it was not my problem that they would us defective part me through as between them the rep and the mfg. Finally the owner (dad) had enough Huevos to come out and said fine he'll give me a refund "if" I can bring the plastic bag it came in ! When I went back with the bags I explained to kieth that they were wrong in their practice by not refunding the customer. Per the federal consumer dept "businesses should offer refund if the product as a defect from the msg!" Keith had the nerve to debate me and said he'll refund once they get their money back from the msg! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! What this tells me is who knows whether they're crisply selling OEM part or just picked up a bunch of inventory from the swap Meet md pass it off as OEM! read more

Went there upon recommendation from someone at a hardware store for professional grade car-detailing supplies. The only negative I can possibly say is that the place is a bit hard to find as it is located behind other stores . However, the gentleman working at this shop was as patient over-the-phone in walking me through how to get there as he was with helping me pick out products for detailing my car when I got there. He came out and looked at my car and demonstrated multiple products to use to make my car look like I had just taken it to the detailer, and had very positive energy in doing so. He also warned me about risks that some of his industrial-strength products carried so I would not misuse them and damage my car's paint or the surrounding environment. I bought the products he suggested. For all his helpfulness I willingly expected to pay more for what he sold me, but to my surprise I checked later and found he charged me prices very similar to what I would have paid online. He even gave me a free bottle of scented interior cleaner. Even though the guy told me this mom-and-pop shop deals primarily with auto detailing professionals and autobody shops, he made me feel important and after following his detailing advice that afternoon my cars looks fantastic. I will definitely return to this business for car care products in the future and would recommend it to anyone in need of professional-grade car detailing products and advice. read more
