Engine Light came on in my 2019 RX-350. Angel used the scanner to troubleshoot the issue right to the exact part that was causing the problem, and had the part (#6 ignition coil) on hand. My car battery died before work and I got jumped before and after my shift, made it down to this spot because they have free installation. I walk in and no one is there for a while, when an employee walks in, he says nothing so I approach the counter and ask for a battery. He immediately tells me there's 2 people in front of me and it's gonna be a wait. I can't go anywhere anyway, so that's fine, I walked in. When I finally get help from a female employee, she doesn't know what car battery I need and the guy from before asks what color my car is.. I say white and he tells her to give me the white one.. which is car battery (nothing white on it btw) that costs $280 for my 2015 Nissan Versa. She giggles and says he always jokes. He mentions me getting the white one another time. I'm getting scammed but I'm like if that's thee only one in the entire store,, fine, I need a battery. The female then starts trying to figure out who can help me with install... goes to the back and comes back and goes, "okay you got it?" No.. I don't but it had already been such an odd experience, I just wanted to leave so I was like let me see if my car starts and I can figure it out? So I have a $280 battery and a dead car. 91 degrees out. I had to go back in and return the battery, this was crazy. So I hobble a heavy battery back in and ask for a refund. A nice gentleman named Angel saw I was being treated poorly when I came back in sweating, with a dead car and overpriced battery and finally offered to help. All that being said, terrible experience and I'd never go back. I was being treated like I was demanding a service when I was so patient and didn't even fight the "white" price. I don't treat people this way and though I didn't name the employees that were dismissive at the least and pretty terrible at worst, I hope they don't normally treat people like this either. read more

After waiting for 5 minutes for the staff to finish their personal conversation, I took my defective part, with receipt stating that it has a lifetime warranty, to Vanessa, for an exchange. Vanessa was only too happy to tell me that she would exchange the part THIS time, but since I was probably to blame for the defect, she wouldn't do it again. I've gone to Autozone for the same reason, and NEVER had anyone bat an eye. They honor the warranty. O'Reilly does not. I hate spending time in a store standing in line, waiting to be helped, about to purchase something until you realize that they don't have public restrooms. I would have never walk in to the store if I realized that they don't have restrooms available to their customers. On top of that note I will never come here again, knowing that they don't value their customer needs. read more

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help you. They went out of their way to help me chose and then install my car battery. I called around for my Kia Forte battery and was quoted $119.99 by four different auto centers. The difference this location provides is that they will install it for you at no additional charge. I have been to Auto Zone several times and never received any type of customer service that comes close to what I received here. Its the staff that make the difference! :) read more

Purchased a battery that lasted just over a year and used a warranty to replace it. Replacement lasted 1.5 months. When going to replace it, terrible service and then was told I would be listed as a "warranty abuser" as if it was something I was responsible for or causing. Charging system tested just fine Basically think their batteries are not so good and realizing their service is worse. Not impressed with their product and less so with their service. read more
