These guys are very unprofessional and unreliable and will lie to you without hesitation , I've dealt with them for many years and always try not too but sometimes have no choice . And of course they always play the same oh game of pretending to be sending you parts and after days of wasting my times and my customers time always never come through . They'll done this to me many times and after this last time vow to never will use them again and advise anyone to be hesitant and take your business elsewhere. Gabriel is the supposed manager and person I was dealing with this last time and he told me my part was already on delivery truck after it was promise to be delivered two days before . And after many days and hours later on still waiting for part . Do no use this place, purchased a used Toyota Tacoma engine over the phone. The sales person was helpful and we agreed on a very low miles engine that was listed for $4500.. we agreed on the price to sell for $3500 deliver to a shop. When the shop got the engine looked like it has 100K miles on it so he refused it base on the look. I call the yard and told the sales person that the engine we agree on it not the same what the shop got, NO VIN ON MAY PAPER WORK AND TAGS THAT SHOULD COME WITH THE ENGINE TELLING WERE IT CAME FROM, it could be stolen, wouldn't know. The sales person said he will take the old engine back but he is going to charge me re-stocking charge 20% even tho the engine never left his delivery truck. Do not use this place read more

Called the company and explained the concern and was told that it was not covered under the extended warranty that we paid for and offered zero help to accommodate this issue even though the vehicle was never even driven. I had a 2001 F150 Supercrew rear door damaged beyond repair. I called Marco at Allied to find a replacement from a donor vehicle. He researched it and quickly sent me photos of four different doors I could choose from. Price was good and he had two of the donor doors in stock. I picked one. Went to pick it up and it was ready and waiting. Condition was good, just as Marco described. Entire transaction took less than 5 minutes. Marco is very professional and communicates and follows up effectively. He was great to work with. I think the same holds true for others at the shop. They all seem to be customer focused. I believe most of their clients in the trade are too busy making a living to be doing reviews. If they did, I'm sure there would be many positive comments. My mechanic said transmission was in great condition. It's been several months & no problems , transmission runs great ! I got a great used automatic transmission at a fair price . I was unfortunate enough to have the driveshaft/propshaft assembly go bad on my 2000 Chrysler Town and Country. I located the part at Allied and they shipped it to me. Unfortunately the hanger bearing was toast and i could not use it. These guys however were great. They refunded what I paid for the part and the shipping too! Went to go take my bad one out, realized it had only a loose bracket on the shift linkage, fixed it, called Allied and asked for a refund. They obliged, no problem. STAY AWAY!!! We purchased an engine for a customer... These guys offered a warranty for an extra $200... One cylinder of the engine failed (started making a rod bearing noise approximately 800 miles later/less than a month)... They told us that we had to leave a deposit to get another engine, but they said that the engine was not covered under warranty (how can they know when we still have the engine?!!)... They sell you extra warranties, but they don't honor them... THEY WILL FIGHT YOU ON ANY RETURNS (we're going to have to go to court to get the money back)... THEY'RE NOT HONEST... DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! We bought a part from this place and Eloy an employee there was the one that placed the order for us. He told us in 2 days it will be here. For us to call in the morning on the 2 day. We did and someone else told us that it takes 3 days. We asked to speak to Eloy and he said it's not here let me find out where it's location is ill give u a call back. Two hours went by and no phone call so we called and they said he went to lunch but the lady said I'll tell him to call u after and sure enough no phone call and that was another 2 hrs. We called again and he said yea I have no information for u I can't find the tracking number. At that point we were pissed because no car part and not even a single phone call back to at least say I'm sorry i still trying to locate it. So we said if we don't get our car part by the end of the day cancel the order. Eloy said ok let me see if I can find out anything out. 20 minutes later he called and said it will be here tomorrow and no later than 12. Picked up my part the next day and took it to my mechanic to install and it was no good. My mechanic called because I had said there not gonna take it back. Eloy told him and I heard because it was on speaker that I will order another part for u and come pick it up on Saturday at 4. Called Saturday at 4 they were closed. THEY ARENT OPEN! Left a voicemail for Eloy. Monday came and no call. Called Eloy said he never said that and that we aren't gonna get our money back. Went in to talk to the manager or owner. The manager name is Rachel and that she was in a conference call it will take a while. We said okay we will wait. Eloy came out and it was the same thing over and over and we said we just want to speak with the manager and he left. 3 min later he comes back saying I spoke to Rachel she said we can give u another part or half of your money. We said we are not dealing with you anymore we want to speak directly to her. How could Eloy have spoken to her when she was in a conference call. It was b.s because we had seen before that Rachel and Eloy were talking before and after he came. Waited another 20 min. She comes out and just stands there no "Hi I'm Rachel how can I help u" not even a hand shake. She heard our situation but she said all she could do is look for another part and that's it. We just wanted our money back because of the time we were wasting and that the part didn't work and how Eloy would lie to cover his mistakes. She made excuses for him and we said if that's all your gonna do then why did Eloy say your gonna give us half and she said I was getting to that. Never did Rachel apologize for her employee lack of customer service or the struggle we had to get ahold of him or that our part didn't work. In the end we got half our money and still struggling to look for the car part. read more
