He listened to my concerns and right away took X-ray and confirmed his hunch. I had an infection that other dentist I saw the day before him missed (actually saw other dentist Friday, Monday and Tuesday). Right away he got me antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon to discuss extraction. The staff was super friendly. They listened to my ordeal and worked me in. The assistant was gentle (my mouth hurt because of all the filing other dentist did and the infection) and didn't hurt me. They made me feel welcomed there. The office is super clean with music that's pleasant and soothing. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. They've won my business. I was like "hush and take my money" then they said ins covered it 100% lol. Me and my fiancé will continue to see Dr Corbet and staff.

The dental assistant had to ask for help to operate the equipment and talked me into a fluoride treatment. I really thought they forgot about me before the dentist came in. The dentist came into the room, never introduced himself, did not even have his name on a badge or scrubs, and didn't even sit down. He looked into my mouth while standing. They forgot the fluoride treatment. Someone came in and tried to have me leave a Google review while she watched me. Just a very awkward and non-professional experience. I will not return.

His report was very straightforward, he didn't try to up sell me on a single item or scare me into thinking that I would need any future work. I really appreciated the traditional style of dentistry here. They don't have a bunch of fancy equipment nor flashy features like these new dentist offices, although it's clear to me that not only is he an expert in his field but that he thoroughly enjoys his work.

Started from the office at the Mall, then it shut down & was moved to North Richland Hills. That too got shut down & I was relocated to the Bedford location. The plan was simple, a cleaning. I walked in & signed the form with the agreed payment & was called in to be worked on. Out of nowhere, they wanted to do xrays. When results came, i suddenly needed all kinds of extra work changing my total to $948 out of pocket! I explained that at my last visit, the old location gave me glowing remarks saying how I had been flossing & brushing good like they wanted! I only paid $235 & the one before that i paid $155. How & why now would this new one cost almost $1k! Someone was definitely trying to take advantage of me. There's no way my teeth have changed more in these few months than they ever did in the last 6/7 years total since being with Monarch! Impossible! So, of course after much debate, I did not do anything due to the clear predatory move for treatment changing at the last minute. This poor experience left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). I knew that had it been the other way around, the office would have no issue quickly reminding clients changes cannot be allowed after signatures being they are legal & binding. The reviews speak for themselves. If this is the way they continue to treat new and existing clients, it will be of no surprise to hear in the future that at this rate, another Monarch will be shut down again... So please... Dr. Collins is nice but I honestly have hardly interacted with him. We loved Dr. Johnson and were always treated with respect and courtesy. Now, you can't get an appointment unless you want to wait 3-5 weeks....and then you go in and they complain you need to come in more. Then, God forbid your child loses a wire, bracket or Herpes, they will not get you in and your kid has to wait for weeks. This has happened to us more than 5 times! My husband has gotten really good at trimming wires and fixing brackets from home. I gave them 2 stars ONLY because we were treated awesome up until about 2 years ago! I wish we would have found a different orthodontist practice! Beware!!!

The lady at the front desk was really rude and said that I was in the Orthodontics office adding.. "we put braces on teeth" as if I didn't know what an Orthodontist does. Hopefully she's not this rude all the time.
