I requested a move quote from the Bronx to North Carolina on 9/06/24. I made a deposit even though I didn't know the address I was moving to. I felt all exclusive transportation was a better choice. While speaking with Joe, I left a deposit. Even though I never moved, Joe was offered a refund asap,. Within minutes Sam called to enquire how to return my deposit since the card on file was no longer active. I gave him the new information and Within minutes my deposit was refunded. I recommend all exclusive to thise wanting professionalism and caring staff to handle their affairs. Although I never moved, the care they gave me was exceptional and I recommend them for the best service to those seeking. The company gave us an estimate which was great and then when they arrived they inflated that number three times the original quote. The actual moving team were hardworking and courteous. We had several items damaged and destroyed one expensive item that will need to be replaced. The owner also demands cash (or postal money order) on delivery of your items. We found this to be ridiculous and outrageous, especially with his disgustingly inflated prices. I would not recommend this service as you look for a long distance mover. I will post an update regarding the companies willingness to compensate us for damaged items. Overall disreputable and we are deliberating which further action we will take. read more

This company low balls the estimate to get your business then the day of moving your price will be $1000 more than the original price. Joe will take no responsibility for damages and blame it on you and then steal money from the card you used for the deposit. He will be rude nasty and harassing. All Exclusive Movers moved me from NYC to Toronto. They did a good job and were easy to work with. On moving day, the workers showed up with coffee and donuts, which I thought was a nice touch. The only issue I guess was that my items arrived a little bit early and I had to pay for the truck to be parked in from of my building for about an hour or so. Overall this was a small price to pay. I guess it's better they got there early than getting there late. The owner's name is Joe. He was nice and I felt like the pricing was reasonable. They weren't the cheapest movers in NYC, but I would rather pay a little more and get good service. I recommend them for sure. If I was going to move again, I would call All Exclusive. read more

THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT! READ BEFORE BOOKING THEM...YOU DO NOT WANT THE COSTLY SURPRISE! When we decided we were moving we began looking for moving options we considered a bunch of different companies, yet Exclusive was the one that called and emailed us 50 times in one day, so we decided to actually listen to what they had to offer. John provided a quote. John then scheduled a pick up and drop off time and confirmed that we were all set. The day of our pick up, the movers came and picked up our boxes. The movers expressed being on the road all day and asked to take a lunch break-I said absolutely not! (UNPROFESSIONAL). We had a schedule to follow if we wanted to make it to our destination, not to mention we already adjusted our schedule based on the time they arrived, which was already late. When they were done the quote we were given, went up by $3500. (UNPROFESSIONAL & FRAUDULENT). 10 days later was our drop off date and we never heard from them. We had to call multiple time before reaching someone to get an update on our delivery. Over several days past our delivery date we were told by Sam 1. The truck was experiencing issues and had to serviced, 2. The man that was delivering our stuff just came back from vacation, and finally told: " we never guaranteed a delivery date" (UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY). After speaking with Jay (The owner) he confirmed that the driver would be leaving at 4am and would reach us by that Friday. Well the driver texted and said he would reach "sometime" during the weekend. I NEVER EVER write negative reviews but this was the most EXPENSIVE UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE IRRESPONSIBLE experience EVER. Please don't waste your time nor money. I REGRET letting John con us into hiring this company. Not to mention, they had my mattress on the ground and when I inquired about it they pretended like they were looking for a cover, WHY DID YOU GUYS THINK IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE HOUSE WITHOUT A COVER? (UNPROFESSIONAL). NEVER AGAIN! The day of delivery...they came lateR than Friday as confirmed by Jay (the owner). The week was beautiful for moving, yet they pick the only day that rains. In addition, when they arrived they realized the truck was too big for the street, cars parked on the street made it difficult for them to back into the street. The immediately demanded that we go rent a shuttle. I offered to rent one if it came off the remaining balance and they declined. We had to rent a truck for them to transfer our stuff into. Could you imagine spending $5500 and then told you had to go rent ANOTHER truck because THEIR truck was too big. WHAT A JOKE! 2.5 hours later, we are finally set to start moving things into our new home. I ask if they had shoe covers, because this is a brand new house with carpet and it's pouring. OF COURSE they DID NOT. So of course I had to buy some for them. THE UNPROFESSIONALISM is REAL. After finally providing a truck (we paid for) and shoe covers they only move our mattress and fire place. THEY DID NOT PUT ANYTHING BACK TOGETHER. They left everything else on the truck and said they had to leave for their next drop off. They ONLY moved 2 big items and managed to scuff our walls. I honestly wish I was making this up. THIS WAS OUR EXPERIENCE AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER EXPERIENCES SUCH NIGHTMARE. I love recommending services. BOY, DO I WISH I HAD READ MORE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS MOVING COMPANY! As we all know, moving companies can be expensive. Since my son was moving a small one-bedroom apartment from NY Metro to FL, I thought maybe he could go with a company that puts multiple shipments on one truck. So, I began researching. I came across All Exclusive Transportation Services, Inc. (who also goes by All Exclusive Moving Services, Inc.) and felt very comfortable with their salesperson Jimmy. He came across as a very caring individual and assured me that the reason their prices were so low was due to the multiple trips they made every week from the northeast to Florida. I told him the contents of my son's apartment (to the best of my ability) and how many boxes we anticipated. I questioned him about the few negative reviews I read about the prices going up upon delivery and he assured me that those were customers who never mentioned a "piano". I also questioned him about the additional $75 for every additional feet to the truck and he graciously said don't worry about that - this is written for NYC customers where they have to haul furniture city streets to the trucks. I just had a good feeling about Jimmy so decided to move forward. Unfortunately, I could not be there at the time of pickup but I did pack up the contents and realized there were a few small items I may have overlooked (like 4 snack trays and a stand). When the movers arrived, they tagged every snack tray AND stand as an additional box and said, although the headboard was on the list, it didn't mention the bed frame! I started to get worried but what could I do as my son needed to get packed up and out of the apartment. If it resulted in an additional, reasonable, charge, I could deal with it. Once the truck was packed, they then said the move was going to cost more than DOUBLE the quote AND they charged $450 to travel to the truck! I called the salesperson immediately and apparently everyone is afraid of the owner (who I asked to speak with but no one would give his name or number). It got to the point that I was scared that my son's contents would be in jeopardy if I pushed too hard. They actually got to Florida within a week and the delivery man, Mike, said they needed another $300 CASH due to the walk from the truck to the apartment. This was asked after they were given cash and they signed a PAID IN FULL receipt. They even said they would not take any further items off the truck until the cash was received! My $1825 quote now became $5000! There were multiple items scratched, broken and damaged. The insurance company they refer you to isn't worth the time and aggravation to file a claim (read some of the other reviews). From what I see, the owner will most likely respond to this and try to turn it around and blame me. This is their strategy. If the salesperson told me once, he told me a 1,000 times ... oh, you must have misunderstood. In closing, remember, if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS! read more

We recently relocated to Florida from Westchester, NY and hired All Exclusive Transportation Services, Inc to handle the move. They were very professional, kept us updated as to the time of the their arrival, and once at our home, worked efficiently and carefully to document every item going on the truck and to wrap the furniture and items not in boxes, to ensure they would arrive without damage. Ramadan, Dwayne, and Kyle worked very hard that day in very hot, humid conditions displaying good humor and professional behavior throughout the move. First off, I would like to note that I have NEVER written a review for anything before in my life. I never review restaurants, companies, or customer services. This review is an important one, and worth reading through. My fiance and I relocated to Virginia for new career opportunities, and decided to have a moving company take care of all of the added stress that moving comes with. I was searching online for moving companies, and received a phone call from All Exclusive Transportation Services. Never would I had known that this phone call ruined my life for 2 months. This company is essentially a "middle-man" moving company. They don't have any of their own trucks, movers, or storage facilities. They subcontract the work to others. This led to horrible communication and frustration. They also charge by the square foot and NOT by the weight of your items; which should be a red flag to all prospective customers. I did not look hard enough to find the right movers, and the purpose of this review is to prevent others looking to do their business with this company. Pickup: The Pickup went well. The movers were on time, and worked very hard to move our belongings into the moving truck. Our original quote was less than other quotes we had received, which is why we picked All Exclusive Transportation Services. The quote was hardly a quote at all. Whatever quote you receive from this company, just DOUBLE it. They added nearly 950 square feet onto our quote. When you factor in the tips for the movers, and the additional expenses due to increased square footage (because the movers didn't pack the truck efficiently), our final price was 39% higher than our quote. Delivery: This was the worst part about working with this company. They do NOT deliver your furniture in time, and that is a guarantee. Legal moving documentation that they provided us with says that there needs to be an agreement between the moving company and the customer on a window of delivery time. They refused to give this to me and told me that it would be delivered within 30 BUSINESS DAYS of our move-in date. 30 business days is 6 weeks, and there is nothing you can do about it because it is written in small font on the contract you sign during pickup. We threatened a lawsuit, and the owner of the company decided to pick up the phone and scream at me because of it. There was no proof that this company had my belongings in storage. I lost sleep not knowing if I was scammed and had my furniture stolen from me. They deliver your belongings in a 53 foot 18 wheeler, so odds are you will not be able to find a spot to place this truck. All in all, we are missing 3 boxes and have all major furniture items delivered to our new home. I have not contacted this company to retrieve the missing boxes, as I would and PROMISE you that they would say they don't have it. Lastly, they require payment during Delivery to be in Cash ONLY. No credit cards, no debit cards. Probably because they are paying the delivery company under the table. The Better Business Bureau approves everyone these days and gives out ratings of A+ like it's candy to children on Halloween. Read the reviews before doing business with this company. They don't deserve to be in business for the way that they treat their customers. read more

Overall just a very sub optimal and stressful experience. I understand moving is stressful but they made it way worse on us. Extremely rude people on the business side. The movers themselves were nice but none of them were professionals working for All Exclusive. I asked the labor workers directly and 3 out of the 5 movers we encountered, it was their first time working with the company! They sub contract out the work not only in NY but every other local market as opposed to using their own team (they lied about this). Jay - the head of dispatch is one of most unprofessional and angry people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with as a customer of any business. They have only have one truck so I do not know what he is so angry/stressed about. Either they are lying to the DOT about how large their fleet is or Jay is completely incompetent and cant handle 1 truck. I believe we had one extra box and lamp than what I initially said. Totally disrespectful to my partner who is a female and only wanted to chat with me "as the man of the house." On top of everything - they picked our stuff up on august 25th and we did not receive our goods for 19 days. No concessions or anything, we were legitimately screamed at/threatened by big bad Jay the phone warrior tough guy. Just an awful experience. Update to a previous review. While I had an issue with the delivery. The Owner contacted me directly to understand what happen. The following day he made sure he rectified the problem by sending an outside contractor to install and put together furniture and replaced missing parts. He kept in contact in ensure things were going well. The guy he sent was friendly and got the job done. I recently moved from Massachusetts to Chicago area [1000 miles] and I chose the All Exclusive Movers. Before, during and after the move I reached out to Jim [sales]and Jay [Dispatch] multiple times regarding questions - and they always accepted or returned the call/ text in a timely manner - and were very nice about it. Because of my travel plan change, i had to reschedule the pick up a few times and then they sent guys to pick up on the specific day/ time I requested. They did wrap the furnitures pretty good. The items were delivered quickly within a week of when I gave my new address - and got all my boxes and furnitures back. Overall the move went pretty smooth and efficiently. I used this company service from New Jersey to Houston, TX. I really had very bad experience with the whole process. To start with quote, they offered some price, while picking up they quoted $2000 extra, we agreed on the differences and while loading the truck at the end they quoted $2000 extra, saying some of the items we didn't tell/show him to pickup after loading the household items to truck they demanded more money, After debating and negotiating they left some items back and started the moving process, they told me we will put back all the items as is except mounting the TV and press wood items we don't it like Ikea table; we agreed upon, But specifically we asked about the King Bed, Queen Bed; he said that will be put back as is. Now the worst part is, after arriving in Houston, they asked for the remaining money before unloading the items, finally they said we don't assemble the beds which comes under presto category and showing the paper work you signed it presto items won't be assembled, This is ridiculous after arguing no use, since they already got the money, they just said we can't do it, even after I agreed to pay additional for the labour to assemble, they denied and walked away. Now I got look for the handyman to assemble it back.. Whole process was handled by Jay who is the manager and couldn't help to fix it. read more

My family and I was presented with the opportunity of a lifetime, and that was to relocate from upstate New York to the Sunshine state of Florida! We searched for moving companies through the east coast and decided to pick one that was local in the state of New York and this is how we came across All Exclusive Transportation Services. The sales representative Brandon, who is also the nephew of the owner assured me that we made the right decision. He gave us a very rough estimate over the phone which was $1000 less that what we was charged in the end. He low balled us! Alon the driver who came to move us told us that we NEEDED to write a date on the contract of expected delivery, and informed us if it changes to be sure to contact the dispatcher (Jay or Joe the owners) at least 4 days before expected delivery. In our situation we experienced a delay in our closing date by 3 days and once we called 4 days prior to delivery, we were informed in such a rude, discouraging way by Jay, "I don't care what the driver or whoever told you, your stuff is already on the trailer and will be delivered June 9th." He was extremely rude and spoke in such a disparaging manner. At this point we were baffled and appalled at the customer service that we have experienced. Knowing that there was not anything we could do at this point we were forced to rent a storage unit as we were informed by the owner, "if you don't retrieve your belongings you will incur a hefty re -delivery fee." We asked for a discount since in our moving package disassembly and reassembly was included in the package price, we was informed that there would not be any discounts given at all. We paid over $4200 for 1200 Cu.Ft of item space. On the delivery day, we were contacted by the driver Phil who informed us that the final payment needed to be in the form of cash or U,S, Postal money order only, and he said "I will not crack the trailer doors open until I receive payment." We asked if we can see if the items were ours and he refused very bluntly. After we went through a power struggle we finally paid him, and he began unloading the trailer with our things. We learned that Phil picked up a local man off the streets and recruited him to help unload and pack our storage unit, and only paid him $30 for 4 hours of service. Immediately, I have recognized crushed boxes and the handle bars on my mountain bike was broken most likely from being poorly packed onto the trailer. He contacted the dispatcher (Jay) who agreed to replace the broken piece for $15. He didn't agree or even offer to fix it but only to replace the piece. Jay offered another $10 as a courtesy along with the $15 for the part for the bike only if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. Phil ask me not to share my experience in order to receive the $25 credit on my credit card used to make the reservations. Basically, Jay wanted to pay me $10 extra not to share my truthful experience and risk ruining their reputation. However, he should given better customer service and perhaps been professional. Therefore, it is safe to assume that the reason why they have an A+ on the BBB is because they are paying their customers and having them sign a non-disclosure agreement. I rather share our experience and lose out on the $25 they were going to refund me. Now we have a storage unit full of our belongings, we have to hire another local mover to move us from the storage unit to our home and pay for reassembly, along with having a broken bike. My experience was worst that bad. The customer service this A+ organization has given us was horrifying. I am disgusted by the service that we received especially from the owners of this company. If the customer service from the owners is this way, what can you expect from the employees who are under them? I will NEVER EVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I will go with a larger company who emphasis is on customer service and who doesn't practice the low-ball technique. The quote was low compared to the actual amount paid. We sent an inventory to get an estimation. Originally, the estimation was for close to 700 cuft, however, the actual move required 1100 cuft which doubled the price. I would recommend you get a moving company that comes to evaluate the amount of stuff you are moving to get a more accurate idea of pricing. It was a very expensive and unexpected surprise. I send and email to the gentleman who quoted me and he state he was only the salesman...come to find out, he is the owner. Secondly, our very nice armoire was broken in the move and the claims process has been very slow and, I imagine, will not compensate for the true value of this piece of furniture. Lastly, be aware you will have to pay in cash at the time of your delivery. This is stated in the paperwork, however, I missed this. When I tried to inquire about it with the owner via text message he was less than helpful and rather rude. Overall, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I would definitely advise anyone who needs to move to use another moving company. The final amount charges was almost double original estimate. When I called to report missing boxes I was asked why I waited two weeks. I was then referred to a third part to submit a claim. The third party was requesting original receipts. The truck driver complained that he had to pack the truck the day before all by himself. The truck driver caused damage to the property after spending 3 hours swearing and yelling at my new neighbors trying to exit. When I initially called to report my missing items, they dispatcher had the truck driver call me back. After being yelled at by this extremely rude man, I hung up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is not reliable and mistreats its customers. Once you pay, the last payment they want cash, they are no longer interested in helping resolve any issues. read more

Update: I posted my initial 1 star review after only having been told my things wouldn't been be on the road until the 19th. I was initially very angry and hadn't yet had a chance to speak to the manager or sales person. I have since been in contact with them over the course of the day and they have been very helpful in resolving the issue and clearing up the miscommunication. The only thing I would say is that they could be more clear when talking about dates of delivery upon the initial estimates being made. These guys are very good. I moved from New York City to Pennsylvania & they gave me a quote and then when they came to pick up were early, but I was happy since the last time I moved with other movers they came very late which did not help the move. It started on a great note & that set the tone for the whole move. What I was impressed about was the fact that they actually blanket wrapped ALL OF THE FURNITURE, not just some of the furniture. That was key since every single piece of furniture arrived intact with no scratches or gouges. The last time I moved , the other movers did not wrap all of the furniture & it caused problems. They also crated by large screen tv for only $30. That was great since it was a Plasma tv & it is much harder to move than regular led tv's. They knew to keep it in the UP-RIGHT POSITION SINCE THERE ARE GASES IN THE TV, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN TRANSPORTING PLASMA TV'S. DELIVERY was very smooth.
