My husband and I went there with several gifts to mail across the country for Christmas and the employees took their time to help me package them property and were very helpful with handling our notary issues! Was visiting my friend and she needed to get some Scanning/printing done and a notary. During COVID-19 Mandates. Yaye. I googled the area and voila ended up here. The staff was super awesome, standard covid precautions, masked. Counters and equipment were wiped down after the person ahead of me was served, and staff offered to wipe down areas (Again) that I was needing to touch in case I hadn't seen them clean. LOL I had. I was like "once is enough". There was a crazy woman in there ahead of me, who no doubt will leave a negative review (If she knows how to use a computer... Special snowflakes/Karens always do. ) - I have no idea how the staff kept their cool with her. I would have thrown her out on the street. They just could NOT win, no matter what they did. Wearing a mask and cleaning areas was not enough for her... Basically, ignoring the fact that she kept cross contaminating everything with touching her cell, her face and omg - it went on and on. WHACK JOB. Some people have small lives. Anyhow, these people were fast, price was reasonable and clearly pride themselves on maintaining customer service even when the rest of us customers were telling her to freaking leave if she was so unhappy with things. LOL . A staff's response to crazy people tells you allot, which is why I mention this. Seriously professional. I don't live in this town but after telling my friend and her seeing the product and price, they now have a customer for life. read more

I highly recommend 1 Stop Mail Shop for your mail box! The customer service is outstanding! Jackie helped me set up our box over the phone before we moved to Redlands. She was incredible! I was so nervous because I had never been to Redlands and she put my mind at ease. I love coming in to get my mail! They call me by my first name and always greet me when I walk in. I happened to be right next door for lunch so figured I'd check for stamps, which they did but the price hike - yikes! 11 cents extra per stamp... no thanks next time I'll go up the street to the post office or the grocery store across the street if the standard design suffices. read more
