I was traveling for work and needed some mailing boxes and ship a set of documents out. This place was around the corner so I popped in. It was spotless and the employees were very helpful. Al of them were wearing masks and the store felt clean. I asked for help and was taken around showing me the options available and helped me make the right choice for my package. It was then shipped out and no hassle experience. I will be back next time I need to ship something on Redlands! read more

Angela, the owner has always been to friendly and nice. They accommodate any kind of business you bring them in regards to packaging and mailing out. She gives you options and ideas to lessen the spending to mail things out. I do everything here from printing, mailing, passport pictures, livescan and buying office material. I have had a private box here since they opened several years ago. It works a lot better than the post office, no lines, faster to get your packages. Way better than shipping to your house and letting your packages get stolen. The service is always very friendly. read more

My husband and I went there with several gifts to mail across the country for Christmas and the employees took their time to help me package them property and were very helpful with handling our notary issues! The establishment was incredibly clean which made me feel more comfortable because I have some health issues and have concerns over Covid so it was a pleasant surprise to see the employees respectful and masked and keeping the store sanitized! read more

Was visiting my friend and she needed to get some Scanning/printing done and a notary. During COVID-19 Mandates. Yaye. I googled the area and voila ended up here. The staff was super awesome, standard covid precautions, masked. Counters and equipment were wiped down after the person ahead of me was served, and staff offered to wipe down areas (Again) that I was needing to touch in case I hadn't seen them clean. LOL I had. I was like "once is enough". There was a crazy woman in there ahead of me, who no doubt will leave a negative review (If she knows how to use a computer... Special snowflakes/Karens always do. ) - I have no idea how the staff kept their cool with her. I would have thrown her out on the street. They just could NOT win, no matter what they did. Wearing a mask and cleaning areas was not enough for her... Basically, ignoring the fact that she kept cross contaminating everything with touching her cell, her face and omg - it went on and on. WHACK JOB. Some people have small lives. Anyhow, these people were fast, price was reasonable and clearly pride themselves on maintaining customer service even when the rest of us customers were telling her to freaking leave if she was so unhappy with things. LOL . A staff's response to crazy people tells you allot, which is why I mention this. Seriously professional. I don't live in this town but after telling my friend and her seeing the product and price, they now have a customer for life. read more

What is better than one Angela? Two of them!! If I get great service, I let everyone know, and I'm letting everyone know that this place is fantastic. Angela, and Angela, are so nice and It is genuine. Great, and essential qualities to have when you deal with the public. From the time I walked in until I left, they were attentive and so helpful. I had some printing and faxing to do, and they made it easy for me. Everything about my experience was 5 stars. I won't go anywhere else for my printing and faxing or shipping needs. I highly recommend 1 Stop Mail Shop for your mail box! The customer service is outstanding! Jackie helped me set up our box over the phone before we moved to Redlands. She was incredible! I was so nervous because I had never been to Redlands and she put my mind at ease. I love coming in to get my mail! They call me by my first name and always greet me when I walk in. Another bonus is they accept packages from USPS, UPS and FedEx, unlike other mail places. read more

Friendly staff. Seemed like they had a variety of services. I happened to be right next door for lunch so figured I'd check for stamps, which they did but the price hike - yikes! 11 cents extra per stamp... no thanks next time I'll go up the street to the post office or the grocery store across the street if the standard design suffices. read more

Established in 2014.

Owner and local resident Valerie Morales purchased this business from previous owner Angela Frame who had started and turned it into a successful small business. Frame saw a need for a local, neighborhood shipping store offering a variety of business services in the East Redlands & Mentone area. Open since August 2014, 1 Stop Mail Shop has been warmly welcomed to the Redlands business community.

Local to the area and 4th generation CA native. Graduated from Cal State SB and University of Redlands with an MBA. Mom of 3 adults and proud new owner since 2022.

They offer passport services at this location (not sure if they have that at all US Post Offices). If I had to have any passport-related tasks done, this would be a great, non-stressful place to get it handled. Bonus: there's a cute map mural on the side of the building that makes for a good photo backdrop.

This place is awesome and the staff: Jackie, Melyssa, Angela, and Jordan are all super helpful! I love that it has less traffic, thus providing more protection in the Covid times we are in, and yet they remain open still during this pandemic. And because they can assist in multiple needs, it has limited my travel to various places. Definitely recommend this place, especially for wrapping and shipping my Christmas gifts this year, and I was thankful for the timely and professional notarization of my loan docs for my new home loan. I recently brought in three boxes of random stuff that needed to be sent. They packed it up and sent it. I was pleased with the service. I had thought I'd have to come back the next day to pay, but they had the work done quickly. I had just done some shopping across the street when they called to tell me that the box was ready. Earlier this year, I went in for some copying and notary of papers. I've also had them print off an email that I needed for reference, since I don't own a printer. Very helpful people.
