I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there were never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.

He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. As of today, Thursday, July 2, 2026, I still have not heard from anyone. In all my years of dealing with small, independently owned businesses, I've never experienced this level of non-responsiveness. Whether intentional or not, the message being sent is that my business isn't valued or that the shop already has all the customers it needs. When a business repeatedly fails to return calls or follow through on its promises, it tells potential customers to look elsewhere for their auto repair needs.
