She is also very conscientious, discussing what "ails" you and how her therapy skills can assist; I really appreciate her table-side manner, never pressuring, belittling or negative. In the past, I've used services from Massage Envy, high end boutique spas, and other individual massage therapists and IMHO, Mila ranks among the top for overall satisfaction!! Kim is great at getting out knots or little problem spots and leaving you walking out feeling better. She is a talented massage therapist with a lot of experience and will give you your money's worth. Some other places they give you a "feel good" massage that may as well be a back-rub. Here, you will have some work done and walk out feeling better. When you start the session she asks you how you are doing and takes notes. She listens and asks you what kind of work you want or where. For example, do you want focus on an area or an all over massage.

The treatment space is welcoming, simple & clean, and surrounded by a sweet little garden. Ed was a master of the body's internal communication. He used a series of techniques to test my muscle strength/tension and quickly and easily awakened and relaxed multiple muscles. Although I went in complaining of heel pain, he saw the tension in my shoulders, hips and knees and addressed them all.
