It was a hot summer day and I was stuck on the side of I-5 without water or shade and the owner called in one of his team that was off that day to come get me since the on-duty rep was out on a tow in another area. They went to great lengths to make sure someone was on side promptly and I was safe and assisted. Months later, my bike broke down at home. I wasn't able to be with the vehicle and ride to the shop with Thunder Mtn, but because of my first great experience I knew they would always act with integrity. They picked up my vehicle from home and took it to the shop for me, calling when they were onsite and loaded up and right after it was dropped off at the shop. Butch, the owner, communicated well throughout and is such a kind person to boot. He, as his employees, always act with the utmost integrity and thoughtfulness. We parked our car at the airport economy parking lot, and when we reached our car we realized our car battery died and our manual key couldn't even open the door. I called my car insurance provider, and learned I didn't have roadside assistance (my fault), but they said they can locate a nearby locksmith to unlock my car - I accepted their assistance. They said they found someone and he will be there in a hour. A hour goes by, and then it turns out the provider was unable to fulfill my request (after WAITING A HOUR in the cold). I was livid and called back my car insurance policy and they were able to locate another provider, which turned out to be Jesse's Roadside Rescue. Jesse arrived in less than 20 minutes. He provided speedy, efficient, and courteous service. He got my car unlocked and jump started in a few mere minutes. I highly recommend him for any roadside services!

Another hour and several unanswered calls later, still nothing. We reached out to our insurance again and asked if they could possibly get in contact with the towing company from their end, and they said we should be receiving a call momentarily. Still no call. At this point it's around 11pm and we have to look for another arrangement because clearly these people weren't communicating. If I could give zero stars I would because a towing company that doesn't tow is slightly ironic.
