Maybe he has hit a rough spot in life, I'd used him 2 times over a year ago and it went well. However, he is not reliable right now and I would not use him under any circumstances. Tuesday I had a breakdown returning to Portland from Seattle. We scheduled a time at 5pm for him to meet me in Castle Rock and agreed to a price. He wrote at 4pm to say his current job was taking longer than expected. I wrote him at 5 and asked for an ETA. Called him at 6. Texted again. No response. Finally at 6:30 I had to start looking for another tow truck, and by then it was after hours and the prices go up. The guy from Jacobson's Chevron had to leave home to come get me. Good guy, And we were able to get the car home, but it was hundreds of dollars more than what Tony had offered. No explanation ever came, no text, no call, nothing. And stuck paying hundreds of more dollars. Really strange as a repeat customer especially. Avoid Urban Miner until he corrects what is going on and addresses how his business reviews are tanking...

I was making my way back to Washington that day and though luckily I had made it to a dealership they provided an astronomical price that I refused to pay. However, I rented a car, leaving my own vehicle at the dealership in Portland and woke up at 5am the next day to figure out how to get my car towed. After being quoted $1500-2000 for every place I called. Even insurance quoted me above $500, Delton was VERY fair with his pricing and picked up my car within a few hours of our call (by 9:45a) and brought it to the dealership in Washington by (2:30p). He was thorough, took pictures and had stellar communication. I do not care what I need towed or transported in the future, if I need that particular service again I'm calling Delton just to see if he wants to do the job.
