I have never received such horrible treatment like I did from this tow company's front desk person. The tow truck driver is friendly enough but gave incorrect information . They did not notify me of their astronomically ridiculous fees. My car was not in their lot for more than a day and I ended up paying close to $900, to get it out. They neglect to tell you that when you have your car towed to their lot you will pay out the nose just to be treated badly. They also neglect to tell you that, no, you cannot just go in and out and get what you need from your car, you have to set an appointment, and God forbid if it isn't your car. The registered owner has to go in and get your things from the car. Yes I know it's better to grab your things before the car is towed but if a police officer is yelling at you stating that you can get it later and the tow truck drivers are saying the same thing, you have to let the car be towed and you can get it later. If I had known this I would have pushed a little harder and had the police officer wait for a tow company who actually listened to me about where I wanted the car towed. Well done on the horrible customer service and the completely appalling front desk person! Avoid this company at all costs

Was the engine of this antiquated vehicle going to fall out next? I'll abridge the story: the owner of the towing service said he was close by and could come by personally to check things out. He did and fixed the clip holding the cover in place, obviating the need for a tow truck and the large expense. This was a kindness above and beyond the call of duty. Recently, I had them reprogram a key fob for my Saab 93. The cost was close to $1,200. After a couple of weeks, I went to start up the car with my new battery. They key no longer works. For months, I have been calling and leaving messages, but they will not return my phone calls. I had a disagreement with them about who broke my tail light, them or the towing company. The towing company sent photos of the light intact, but Gary Saab charged me $65 to GLUE it back on and told me to go after the towing company. Then when I complained to the DOJ, they trash talked me - with my money in their pockets. Now, I am stuck with a useless $1,200 key fob. I can't believe this is the United States. If they respond and fix the issue, I will adjust this review. I asked them to fix a number of issues alongside of programming the key fob. They had the car for at least a couple of months. When I came to get the key, they hadn't addressed any of the issues we had talked about. I surmise that they don't trust Black people and won't fix anything unless I pay them up front. That's the only thing I can think of.

They could have easily disregarded my message but they took the time to call me back and make a recommendation to another shop "straight line auto body" they gave me the owners name phone number and address. I used the recommended shop and had a Great experience great work great value. My dad past away in September so it was especially important to get the car back in shape. There are still caring people in the world.
