    Dirty Gin martini

Soooooooo...it's open 24/7....you can smoke ..(nothing illegal)..located in the Tropicana Hotel ;where after a great dinner or a night dancing ..you can come and parlay ..(literally ; there's a sports center feet away) ...I had an extra dirty Gin martini for 23 bucks ..it was meh ..and later I didn't feel well...but I won't blame it on that . Not too sure ..more than enough Barteneders ..just a chill vibe

Decent bar. If you have a diamond tier or higher your drinks are free while playing. However since the laurel lounge no longer offers food to VIP guests (chips only because a salad bar was too expensive for them to upkeep) I would not recommend visiting Tropicana Casino any longer.

Love the North Lounge, especially Rob the Weekend bartender; he is one of the main reasons we play and drink at the bar every trip (before & after Boogie Nights). Great service, knows our drinks, & is genuinely excited when we hit on the bar slots. We are both 7 Stars and have hit several hand pays at bar. No mistake, it is for players! If there were no cigar smokers who hang and don't play, it would be 110%. PS- Laurie by day & Rusland on Sundays also nice!!! (James & Terry)

I went to Tropicana in Atlantic City to celebrate my 40th birthday. One thing I wanted to do was smoke a high end cigar , while playing craps and blackjack. Unfortunately, there is a no smoking ban and I was not able. But not all was lost. I found 10 North Lounge. Which was on the same side of the hotel I stayed on. A very nice indoor bar you can smoke in. Nice plush chairs. A couple big tvs. And all the drinks your pocket can handle. Prices were not too bad either. Six drinks totaled around $95. Around the bar, there are computerized poker and slots games which were fun. Spent $40. Left with $100. I was ok with that. Lol. But overall. It's a great spot. Open 24hrs. So pop in whenever you feel like it and enjoy a nice smoke and old fashion!!

Think 70s bar energy, cushioned bar stools, retro TVs, the whole thing. It felt like stepping into a different era in the best way possible. We started with drinks and they did not disappoint. The $7 mini martinis are a steal, we got the dirty with blue cheese olives and The Garrison 17 which is alibi gin, herb infused vanilla and rhubarb shrub, egg white and lemon. Both were made right in front of us which was a nice touch, and they were genuinely well crafted, not just cheap happy hour drinks. Food is where it really shined though. The whipped ricotta was unreal, we got both the EVOO with Maldon sea salt and the fig, hot honey and hazelnut. The EVOO one especially was one of those things you keep going back to. For pasta we hit the Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, the Crab Orecchiette with chili shrimp and basil, and the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni with calabrian chili. The cacio e pepe stole the show honestly, simple but executed perfectly. Everything was half off which makes it even more ridiculous value. Service was fun and easy going, matched the whole vibe of the place perfectly. This one is going in the regular rotation next time we're in AC.

The small plates shine--especially the dips, apertivos and the unexpected standout - burnt carrots. Sweet and delicious with savory notes. I only found out because another woman witnessed it and told me. I confronted the man, but he wouldn't acknowledge me, refused to show his phone, and acted like I was crazy. What followed was incredibly disappointing. I brought it to the female bartender and security, hoping for support. For some reason, I still don't know why, she was mad at ME and telling me to calm down and suggesting I leave. She gave this creepy man the benefit of the doubt instead of believing me. I was visibly scared, shaken, and crying. The staff made this situation 10x worse. Eventually the bartender and security checked his phone, saw the violating photos were there, and deleted them. They did apologize and offer free shots but there was no chance I'm ever stepping in that horrible unsafe place again. Supposedly the man was removed but it wasn't without causing a scene and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I want other young women to be aware. I truly hope the bar rethinks how they handle these kinds of situations in the future. YOUNG WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE AND SUPPORTED.

I was one of 3 customers in the place one late afternoon during happy hour. The waitresses and barmaid were eating their dinner and the chicken wings were recommended. My issue is that the cook wasn't busy, so how did my wings get burned? And why would you serve them to your customer if you wanted to impress and have her come back? Truthfully, I wanted to visit this bar that I hadn't been to since I was a teenaged underaged drinker! I sure wish Jerry was still alive but am glad we can still go there, dance and conjure up memories of the good old days.

PRIDE, PORK CHOPS & PURE JOY AT BYRDCAGE ATLANTIC CITY…read more Atlantic City was absolutely glowing this weekend during the Atlantic City Great Pride Festival at O'Donnell Park near Stockton University. More than 1,000 people were expected to attend, and the energy was incredible--music, dancing, laughter, and love everywhere you looked. Just two short blocks from the festival at 3426 Atlantic Avenue sits one of Atlantic City's true gems: Byrdcage Atlantic City. I stopped in throughout the day to cool off, enjoy some mimosas and other refreshing low-alcohol beverages, hydrate, and eventually have dinner. From the moment I walked in, I immediately got why this place has such a loyal following. First, the cleanliness deserves its own paragraph. I have visited restaurants all over the country, and I honestly don't remember seeing an establishment this spotless. The interior and exterior were immaculate. Not a spot of dust. Even during one of the busiest days of the year, the restrooms remained roomy, pristine, and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere is equally impressive. The décor is whimsical, fun, and carefully curated with fascinating photos and memorabilia everywhere you look. Outside, colorful murals create the perfect backdrop for photos and add even more personality to an already vibrant space. And then there was dinner. My server, Isabella, was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. She even arranged for a dinner entrée to be served before dinner service had officially begun, and I was so grateful she did. I ordered the Seoul Mate Sizzle Pork Chop Platter, and wow. A beautifully grilled bone-in pork chop glazed in a sweet and savory sauce and served over fresh pineapple salsa, alongside creamy herb rice and perfectly cooked vegetables including broccoli, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and carrots. The pork chop was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the pineapple salsa took it to another level. It was one of those meals where you intentionally slow down because you don't want it to end. And the music? The music made me dance almost all day and well into the night. There was something happening everywhere--at the Pride Festival, downstairs, and upstairs on the dance floor. The DJs absolutely nailed it. Great music, great energy, and great people. I honestly lost track of time because I was having so much fun. Management was everywhere--engaged, attentive, and laser-focused on every detail of the operation. The entire team worked together seamlessly to create something special. More than anything, Byrdcage felt like what every establishment should aspire to be: a safe space filled with kindness, inclusion, acceptance, and pure joy. It was family-friendly, welcoming to everyone, and simply fun. I even bought a Byrdcage shirt at the festival because this is exactly the kind of local business I enjoy supporting. If you're visiting Atlantic City, don't just come for the casinos. Come for experiences like this. Come for the people. Come for the music. Come hungry. Come ready to dance. And absolutely make time for Byrdcage Atlantic City. I'll be back. #ByrdcageAtlanticCity #AtlanticCity #AtlanticCityNJ #AtlanticCityPride #GreatPrideFestival #Pride #LGBTQIA #LoveIsLove #InclusiveSpaces #SafeSpace #YelpElite #Foodie #PorkChopPerfection #Mimosas #DanceAllDay #DanceAllNight #SupportLocal #FamilyFriendly #RestaurantReview #AtlanticCityEats #VisitAtlanticCity #JerseyShore #StocktonUniversity #ODonnellPark #OrangeLoop #EatLocal #ACNJ #PrideCelebration #GoodVibesOnly #PureJoy #AtlanticCityBoardwalk #BeachVibes
