This was one of the most unprofessional business experiences I've had. I purchased a Groupon for my husband, but he was so uncomfortable with the constant pressure to purchase additional services that he didn't even want to complete the sessions. Rather than focusing on providing a quality experience, every visit felt like a sales pitch. Unfortunately, the persistent upselling overshadowed the service itself and left us with a very negative impression. Groupon included 3 adjustments and a stretch/massage. They stated that person gave his 2 weeks so no one can provide those services. I went in September because I was having neck issues and I thought at $50. It was a great price to introduce me to the crew and what they can do and it comes with x-rays on your spine and neck and during that they showed me and had a consultation with me about how my neck was compressed. I'm a skeptic about everything pretty much but I needed to try and do whatever I could to fix my neck. I've been to about half a dozen chiropractors in my life to help with chronic neck/back pain. I have to say that Dr. Jacqueline Grant at 100% Chiropractic in 4S Ranch is by far the best doctor I have seen. The office not only takes x-rays with precise measurements of the spine, but also a full biometric scan. With these tools, Dr. Jackie is able to target the specific problem areas. She clearly explains what/where the problem is and what the plan is to slow or reverse misalignments. What is very helpful is the Dr. Jackie meets with the patients to show progress by comparing prior x-rays/scans and adjust treatments accordingly. I was so surprised to see how much my vertebrae had moved in just 5 months. It was encouraging to see that all the effort was indeed making a difference. In addition, Dr. Jackie takes a well rounded approach, by suggesting certain supplements to help the body through the healing process, as well as providing the patient with specific exercise/stretching program, home neck traction. There are many things I love about 100% Chiropractic in 4S Ranch. What really makes this place wonderful is when you walk in, how many people they help from different walks of life. Veterans like myself (the VA will allow you 12 visits), elderly patients, athletes, military, teens, kids, parents, and rehab patients. Also, everyone is treated according to their needs. I asked why my adjustment was different that others, and it's because they actually looked at my Xray and medical history. Dr Jacqui and her staff are kind and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and gets to know you. Whenever I make progress with my rehab or have a big win in life, they congratulate me and celebrate. They will speak Spanish to customers who may struggle with English. And they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The extra services also are great. The Masseuse is second to none. The laser therapy works for me. They do have a lot of supplements they will recommend, but you never feel pressured to buy them. As far as my care, I have a broken back from the Marines. I looked around and settled on 100% because they looked at me as an individual. They don't do the same adjustments for everyone. The progress I have made has been amazing. You may not get instant relief, (some people expect that after one visit and years of neglect), but you will get quality adjustments that don't waste your time. You may have to wait sometimes. Why? After a few months of looking more into chiropractic care. The form of care from this business is not proven to help in any way. Very much pseudoscience. Chiropractic paired with PT is where you truly find results. This place is a scam and built to sell. I got the vibe from the beginning and am sad I didn't listen to my gut. From the hidden charges, not using my insurance when asked too, to trying to sell and push supplements in my face every time we have a 3 or 6 month "check in" on my progress. I am now 3 months out of care from this place and have been doing PT and my back and neck feel much better than when I was at 100% Chiro. I stand by what I said, find a private practice. I was sold a huge contract with so many visits built in, I have not seen any improvement with going in for so many visits and repent signing up and paying so much. The wait times for 5 min adjustment is way too long. The laser treatment are useless with the amount they charge and the no of minutes you receive the treatment you get. It is a a complete rip off. The offer in the ad to which I responded includes (1) Xrays; (2) Doctor Exam; (3) Fit 3D scan; (4) Empowerment session (whatever that is); (5) Report of Findings; (6) First Life Changing Adjustment; and (7) 30 minutes stretch therapy or massage. Turns out, you do not get an adjustment or massage during your first visit. The ad is intentionally misleading. Also, the office is run like a mill with three patients in a large room at one time, with the waiting patients in chairs on a wall in the same room. Very impersonal and zero privacy. This place is amazing!! The staff is friendly and personable. The doctors (Jackie and Hannah) are knowledgeable and engaging. The office is cheerful and pleasant to be in. Most importantly, the treatments have been effective and it's been a game changer for my neck and upper back pain. I came in with severe pain. I couldn't sleep for weeks and I didn't think I was ever going to get relief. I hurt everywhere throughout my upper back and neck. In just a week I had minor pain and in three weeks it was gone!
