Management expects people to constantly go above and beyond--covering shifts and handling extra responsibilities--yet has no problem cutting shifts or changing schedules every other week with no consideration. Never go to this shop. They sale bogus merchandise that doesn't work. I bought a battery and 2 minutes later took out back add it wasn't working or charging. The manager wouldn't exchange it or take it back. I asked for his name he said he didn't have to give it to me and please leave now.... So that's how they stand behind their products. I wouldn't recommend this location. I stopped by because it was the closest spot to my job, but I ended up regretting it. The main issue was the customer service -- the clerk was rude and condescending. When I asked a simple question about the vapes, he said, "I'm sure you can ask Google." I get that they can't talk about flavors, but he didn't have to speak to me like that. I went here yesterday on the 9th with a co-worker during our break. I recently quit smoking cigarettes and have switched to vaping products. This specific shop has exceeded every other one I've been to in terms of quality of product and service. I had a bad experience with the last vape I bought brand new out the box. It was a SMOK prince stick. And it did not work and still doesn't work. I went back after a full day charge, and ask them if they could see if they know how it works. They told me it not there problem, I ask to switch out and they said no. I basically gave them $70 and have a brand new defect SMOK. They have no sign visible say no return policy. If you buy anything from them, open it there to see if it works properly. I've lived in this neighborhood for a number of years, and for the longest time I've walked the long way to avoid this vape shop. Men cat-call women from the store constantly, even in front of the owner who does nothing. In fact, it's infuriating how much the owner really couldn't give a care about his patrons at the store and how they treat people around them. Just tonight my roommate and I were harassed by men smoking in front of the store.
