Not sure if i want to take them again.. Esp if youre a female coming in late. They took about 45 mins to pickup and made a bs reason that there was an accident ... Not safe...

Long wait times for shuttle. Place is dirty. Looks like a homeless encampment. Parking is very limited. Don't park here.

If you want to make it to your flight on time DO NOT park here! We asked how often the shuttles ran and they stated every 15 to 20 minutes...well that's a lie! We Waited 45/50 minutes and NO shuttle ever arrived! We eventually just ordered an uber! As did everyone else that was waiting! On the way back we attempted to call then several times for a pick up shuttle from the airport. Although they advertise they are open 24/7 that is also a lie! After a 16 1/2 hour flight we just wanted to be picked up but again we had to pay for an Uber! This is the worst parking garage you could park for LAX! Don't do it!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Save yourself the headache and park somewhere else. The shuttle service and customer support here are virtually non-existent: * No one answers the phone: 90% of the time I call the provided number for a shuttle pickup or drop-off, nobody answers and the voicemail box is completely full. I've only managed to reach a live person once out of endless attempts. * Useless app/QR code: They hand you a business card with a QR code that's supposed to let you live-track shuttles and request a pickup. When I finally reached someone on the phone to ask about it, he admitted he didn't even know if the app request feature actually worked! Overall, this place is unreliable and has terrible customer service. Getting to and from LAX is stressful enough without having to deal with a parking company that abandons its customers. 1/5 stars. Plus, the woman driving the shuttle left without us. We were upset that she had not been doing her job And I commented that finally she was at the stop because she wasn't making her rounds Because we were waiting for so long. So she told us we couldn't get on the bus-- And she left without us. Clearly this company does not focus on Customer Service and deserves zero stars.

Signs are posted on trams and around the parking structure sparingly.

-In Summary- If you want convenience, reliability, and stress-free parking, go with anyone or anything else. During that hour we were waiting to be picked up, we saw shuttles for every other parking facility go by, no joke, at least every 5 minutes. Read other reviews, because this is not an isolated issue, and it is about 50$ just to Uber to the structure, you are NOT guaranteed a spot on the shuttle, and since everyone is trying to get on this one shuttle after waiting so long, you really see the best in humanity (sarcasm). ---- I discovered this parking facility while searching for LAX short-term parking, but without reading the reviews. Getting in and parking was an absolute breeze because we had arrived at 4 am with plenty of time before boarding. The shuttle wait wasn't more than 5 or 10 minutes, but the waiting area was very questionable. I also noticed every chair had a built-in outlet, essentially making the chair an extension cord, but every chair was connected to the chair next to it, which made a chain of about 6. I'm no electrician, but I wouldn't do that at my house. This really just set the tone. The drop off was easy, considering I was the only rider. Now, when it came back after the trip, an absolute nightmare. I don't even want to dramatize this, but at peak times (we arrived at 5:45 pm), you will be fighting for your life. We arrived at the Hotel & Private Parking Shuttles 6 Lot with clear signage and marked off spaces. Arriving there at 5:45 pm, we waited 10 minutes until calling to ask what the shuttle was marked with "South Bay Parking" and I was informed the tram was at the stop just ahead and would be heading to where I was next. From where area 6 was, I had a clear view down the road. At 6 pm, we witnessed the shuttle, the only one we had seen for the 15 minutes, while standing outside, speeding by in the fast lane with no intention of stopping. I called back the parking garage phone number to a different man. This man was an absolute nightmare, although never seeing him, he had no sense of customer service and played into the fact that we, as paying customers, are relying heavily on their operation. After explaining that the shuttle had driven by, I was told the shuttle would not stop unless we called them to dispatch the shuttle. This was explained nowhere at all, as the posted material is attached to this post. I didn't understand because I had 5 minutes ago called the same number, explained where I was (Term 6 Private Shuttle), and told them they would be there next. Immediately, this guy was abrasive and had no urge to provide support. I was nice and cordial until he told me, "Be Grateful." Be Grateful? Absolutely not. We purchased a service and planned accordingly. The only option was that the tram would be back around in 20-25 minutes. 20-25 minutes is crazy because little did we know that was the only tram at peak time. I'll save you the extra waiting, but when the shuttle finally came 30 minutes later, we barely made it on. The entire shuttle was filled, cramped, standing room only, not ADA-friendly. The poor driver obviously stretched beyond capacity, dealing with unhappy people and broken systems without support. Everyone, and the shuttle was ferious, but understood it not to be the driver's fault. While onboard, I witnessed us passing others who needed this shuttle. Yelling to where everyone on the shuttle acknowledged what had happened. Even after passing this man, we abruptly stopped because the driver had forgotten about someone catching their flight. They had to frantically remind the driver that they needed to be dropped off. I'm 100% confident the man who wanted to get on could see we stopped less than 100 feet away to drop off this guy. At the parking lot, yes, there's more, because of the horrific planning and coordination we had gone over, or paid parking time by about 21 minutes. Now the charge was only 3$, but think about it after paying over 100$ and only being over because of the business's poor coordination. There was a blocked exit of 5 cars that I could see when the younger attendant made the brilliant decision to just get all of their paying customers out by raising the pole. Parking was about 125$ for about 5 days. An Uber home was 100$ and an Uber to the structure is 50$. For me, it came very close to being an extra expense for an extra hassle. *This was originally going to be a two-star review*

Worst experience ever, do not ride this shuttle. Take Century or Wally, they are constantly moving. This shuttle takes over an hour.

Yes, many places have "difficult parking," but difficult is a relative term, and compared to most of San Francisco's most difficult street parking, the most difficult of difficult SoCal street parking is quite easy. You just have to be patient--and willing to walk more than half a mile. The Huntington Beach-City Beach-on-Wednesdays-in-the-summer kid in me tells me that you have to pay to park at the beach. What, are you going to find some free parking somewhere on Beach Boulevard (where?) and then drag your boogie boards, cooler, Bing Tennis set, towels, umbrella, and sand toys along the sidewalk and then along the hot sand for more than a mile? You're crazy! And that quandary is why I'm reviewing Hermosa Beach's Municipal Parking lot. You definitely should look for some free street parking near the beach if you can find it, but there are meters everywhere, so if you're going to pay for parking, you might as well have easyish access to the beach, right? According to the website, the rate is $1.25 per hour until eight p.m., when it climbs to $1.50 per hour. It supposedly closes at two a.m., but there's a 72-hour maximum, so I don't know what that means, exactly. Do they charge you hourly up until 72 hours, or is that just the longest they'll leave your car there before they'll tow it? And is there a daily maximum? Again, I don't know. But the price isn't bad considering you probably won't spend more than four hours at this particular beach, unless you plan to shop and eat out and/or rent a bike for a long ride. It's not the cleanest structure in the world (there's sand everywhere), but it's by the beach, so it could be much dirtier and grodier. There are 300 total spaces on multiple levels, and I don't think I've ever seen it anywhere near full. If you're driving--and of course you are, because why else would you be looking up parking for Hermosa Beach?--reward yourself by going a little bit out of your way and picking up a delicious sandwich and deli side from Boccato's Groceries (https://www.yelp.com/biz/boccatos-groceries-hermosa-beach). The beach is literally a block or two away and parking isn't horrendously expensive unlike some other beaches or shorelines. (A buck and a half per hour is a steal!) It's a pretty chill and kickback area. Some grub spots have live bands/music you can vibe to. But the best part of the village is definitely walking by the shores! The views.
