    Hot brownie Oreo sundae

I had some gift cards to use up. First time visiting this one . Nice bar and clean modern restaurant. Menu is lacking options. No specials Good beer selection too. Drafts good. Expensive at 10 bucks a beer but 22oz size... so guess ok with Biden inflation prices. Order the baked cod from menu with sides Brussel sprouts, onion strings Well, cod was lousy, looked steamed vs baked... no taste, no sauce, bread crumbs liked dumped on after steaming? No taste .. small Portion too ... my baked cod eaten at Captain Mardens, the 99, always have a nice creamy breadcrumbs and cod baked in it, or an Italian olive oil bread crumbs dressing... enough said This was lousy... Small portion Brussels , few but were very good Onion strings excellent No bread offered to start .... Menu looks lame , few options other than standard run of mill low end Apple bees or those type price range places. Few deserts ... the brownie sundae one I choose was ok, brownie warm was good, small amount ice cream hidden under way too many Oreo pieces... Nothing decadent... low end ice cream... looked like a Dairy Queen sundae... All in all nice vibes, basic food type place like the 99 with better decor and a worse menu than the 99. Looks like both have same target for same demographics. I'll return to use up my remaining gift certificates and have a burger Soups here nothing special ... I wanted a beef stew? An onion soup?

I have always enjoyed the 110 Grill and have visited many locations including Wayland. For Mother's Day 5 of us went for brunch at 11:45AM and had made reservations, pleasantly it was not crowded. Even though they had advertised a Mother's Day Brunch we had to request the menu. We ordered drinks and when they came we placed our order from the brunch menu. The food was very slow arriving. When my food arrived it looked nothing the Avocado Flatbread Scramble as was pictured on the website (see attached pictures) it 1/2 of what was pictured and had less than 1 table spoons of scrambled eggs on it and teaspoons of other ingredient, priced at $17. I requested another item (restaurant now 3/4) filled, when the replacement arrived all of the other 4 guests had finished eating 10 or 15 minutes earlier. I thanked the wait staff (not their fault) kitchen staff was overwhelmed and had little idea of how to prepare some of the brunch items! Never saw the manager who seems to have lost control of the kitchen. Should have never happened with good management.

This is American food at its finest! Heavy and big proportions with lots of sauce and meat! Definitely an affordable place to eat fun, colorful and delicious food that will absolutely leave you full and ready to take a nap! The food is seasoned well, nothin too extravagant but definitely what you expect and it's delicious!

I love that this place offers gluten-free options and takes them seriously. My kids and I enjoyed gluten-free fried pickles while they had their kids' meals. We didn't make a reservation for Mother's Day, but they kindly accommodated us outdoors, and it turned into a lovely evening. The service was excellent, and the appetizer was delicious, though the burger was a bit dry. Being outside was a bit loud due to nearby traffic but I prefer to sit outside and would choose to do that again in the future.

We walked into a space that is comfortable and notably quiet for its size, which made it a good option for larger parties or anyone who wants to actually have a conversation without competing with the room. Live music downstairs adds a different dimension to evening visits, and the kitchen stays open until midnight, which makes it a reliable option when other spots have already closed. The nachos are the standout order and the dish most worth building your visit around. They came out loaded and well constructed without collapsing into the pile of soggy chips that ruins most nacho plates. The smash tacos are worth ordering across a few different fillings to get a sense of what the kitchen does well, and the birria tacos in particular have built a following for the depth of flavor in the braised meat and the accompanying consommé for dipping. We tried a few of the other taco options, and they landed on the milder side in terms of seasoning, which was a bit of a letdown compared to the birria. The portion size relative to price also felt a little small on some plates. The ceviche was decent but benefited from some additional flavor, so adjusting expectations on that particular order makes sense. Service was attentive and the pacing of the meal matched the relaxed atmosphere of the room. The staff knew the menu well and offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. For a Latin restaurant in Boston that delivers on atmosphere, late hours, and a few standout dishes like the nachos and birria tacos, Lockheart is a solid option worth keeping in mind for a group dinner or a late night meal.

We took our two younger ones there for a quiet Easter Sunday dinner together. So many interesting things on the menu, we way over ordered. But everything was delicious. We had the pork belly confit, the cheese bread, the octopus, and the parm wings to start. They were all polished off quickly. Our pork belly did seem to have missed a sauce, but we just dipped them with the cheesy bread sauce and was very happy. My son ordered a few different skews and thoroughly enjoyed his Picanha, sausage and cheese and chicken heart. My youngest said the chicken hearts were the best she had ever tried. High praise from a kid loving chicken heart since just a tiny tod. My wife and I both ordered the ribeye over mushroom risotto. We order medium rare and both of ours came perfectly done. Both our kids thoroughly enjoyed trying our steak and risotto. My daughter and I both enjoyed mixing my son's Yucca mash with the risotto. She practically scrapped my plate clean. We all had our eyes on the pineapple, but all agreed we were overstuffed and will defer to next time. We even had leftovers to bring home to one happy Puppy. Will definitely return!
