11th street records was stumbled upon our drive. A smaller shop well organized and lots of space to look through the categories. A quick look through for some treasures. The selections were pretty substantial. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking is easy to find right on the side of the building. Across the street from the giant semi truck display.

I dig everything about 11th Street Records. The retro vibe, the downtown location, and the live music featured in the store make me really happy. But it's the impressive selection of records that keeps me coming back! They even have a cool $1 bargain section. This is a music store for serious musicians and vinyl collectors, and you feel cool just walking through the door. Check out this gem when you have a moment, and support small businesses when you can! Stores like this bring life to communities in transition.

Visited this place a couple sundays ago from CA. Had a great selection of music , I was specifically looking for funk & was able to find a record I had wanted ! I liked the way records were displayed on the wall w/the price showing on the plastic sleeve. Will be coming back next time in Las Vegas, the women up in the front was very helpful as well !

One of my favorite record spots in Vegas! I normally come here and grab a $10 grab bag. They are a huge bargain with 15 records in various sizes! The selection is very vast and reasonably priced. The new record selection is not very big. This is a go to spot for classic and older records!

Great selection! Must go-to-shop in town.

Breath of Fresh Air in the World of Vinyl. 11th Street Records is a wonderful vinyl record store that stay's true to collectors (old and new). The staff provides very warm customer service and the store is organized in a simple alphabetical fashion and not by genre. There is a great collection of records that are reasonably priced (old and new) by market value. Older records are priced by condition. Pros: great customer service; understanding; great collection of vinyl Cons: poor parking (remember, look both ways before crossing the street!) 5 stars for a wide range of vinyl records, reasonably priced product, and customer service!

It seems like only yesterday that I was at a record store buying the latest single or browsing and listening to the latest songs. The memories of visiting a Virgin Records, Tower Records or Sam Goody was part of my childhood, just like for many multi-generation groups like your Millennials, Generation X, and Baby Boomers. That scene has faded in this day of digital age, "the sign of the times." However there are pocket of record stores throughout the valley that are worth checking out. This particular shop was nostalgic and a cool adventure down memory lane. It's truly a hidden gem in Fremont East District in Downtown. My sister and I stumbled across this place when we were across the street at The Writer's Block Book shop. So we had to check this placed out and found a few items that we personally purchased for our parents. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful but we opted to explore the shop on our own and to our surprise found a cool record that brought back many good memories of us at Filipino parties with our parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and our extended family. We grew up listening to a wide range of music from the 50's to modern music of today. Plus if you haven't been to a Filipino party or gathering, Music is embeded in our culture especially the infamous KARAOKE music system that is found virtually in every Filipino home :) where everyone is a singer!!! Lol A great place to check out with family and friends if your ever in the area. Plus there is a good range of CD's and Cassettes on stock as well.

I frequently tell Angelinos heading to Vegas to head to 11th and the record shop - it is amazing! Also a great recording spot.

Seemed like they had a huge $1 record section. Like one big long isle. Some people are looking for dollar records.

Review Highlights - 11th Street Records

11th Street records located in DTLV is honestly one of the cleanest and least dusty record stores I've been to despite having a ton of older/used items.

Surrounded by a host of restaurants, bars and unique shops (featuring both second-hand and new products), this place is sprawling. I asked the owner how many items he estimates they have, and he couldn't put a number on it -- if it's not a million, it's certainly hundreds of thousands. They've got things in literally every category imaginable, from toys and clothes and Knick Knacks to musical instruments, artworks, record albums, old magazines, and on and on. Most items are very reasonably priced, and the friendly staff let us know that they were also open to negotiating for anything on the pricier end of the spectrum (like the pristine, 3-day ticket to Woodstock autographed by Jerry Garcia, asking price $2499.00). As I said, we had a blast browsing here, and managed to find a thing or two to bring home. So, next time you're in Vegas and looking to get away from the homogenized chaos of the Strip, spend some time in the Arts District and carve out 30 minutes or more to check out what's on offer at this epic Antique shop.
