The staff are great here. The food is amazing and the restaurant is always clean. They make the best smoothies with popping boba ever. Have met the owner a quite few times and he's so down to earth, works just like the rest of the staff. This place has went downhill if your getting buffet to go it's never fresh. Your better off going to normal Peking buffet is fresher. The passion fruit tea was good but she didn't ask what boba I wanted. I assumed I would get original or passion fruit. But I didn't get any boba at all. Honestly if you haven't ate here before it can be a bit overwhelming. They have different types of food spread out across several stations. You are sticking weaving back and forth between tv screens trying to figure out what they offer and it's kind of difficult. However once you figure out what they have to offer you'll see that there's something for probably everyone. They have hibachi, traditional Chinese,some type of pita thing, sushi, Ice cream and smoothies. On this particular visit I decided I wanted to have some of their traditional Chinese food from their buffet type area. But on arrival I found that what they had was dried up and didn't look good at all. It didn't appear they were interested in adding anything to the bar so I decided to go with the hibachi like usual. The hibachi is standard hibachi fare with meat, rice and vegetables. My star deduction comes from the fact they don't offer temp choices for the steak. You only get it well done and honestly it's not the greatest. However the chicken always makes up for it, they add some sort of garlic butter sauce to it that elevates it from standard grilled chicken. Once you get done eating try a smoothie, the strawberry smoothie is the best I've ever had at any place that sells them. read more

Drove nearly 2 hours to eat here. (Closest "sushi" restaurant near us). We walked in and it just felt empty. The buffet was tiny and only had about 9 food options. The food on the buffet did look fresh though. Asked for a menu, only to be pointed to a display with tiny font. Asked if we could get like a to go menu and was just flatly told no. This is NOT a sushi restaurant. Not even close. They only had a couple of pre made rolls in plastic containers sitting in a open faced cooler. They did not look fresh at all. When we turned around to order sushi they said they didn't do that. It couldn't be made to order. (I have food restrictions and anything fried or tempura makes me very ill) So if you want a sushi roll that isn't in the cooler, you're just out of luck. I've never been to a restaurant that refused to make food like that. It was no different then going to a grocery store to buy pre made sushi. We drive far and are willing to pay quite a bit for good sushi. We never leave a sushi place without spending around $100. Such a strange place. We just left. I was so disappointed. I've had a LOT of bubble teas and most of the places don't do Boba right. This is not one of those places. The bubbles were perfect ! Not too soft or too chewy, just right. And they were sweetened with honey / brown sugar, the way they're supposed to be. I ordered a mango black tea with boba, which threw the cashier off a bit cause they usually do milk teas with boba or slushes. But I got exactly what I asked for and loved it. read more

Fully see why this place has two stars, it is well deserved-that's for sure. For starters, it felt like there was no AC. We ended up having to leave because our infant got too hot because it was so bad. If your AC is not working, the least you could do is post it on your door to notify people who may dine in. Second, the, "sushi," they have is in containers inside a cooler & is just like the sushi one gets at Kroger, or Food city. Not exactly what I'd call a restaurant serving sushi. 123 is good choice if you want decently fast Chinese food...there choices are good and the wait is average but what frustrates me is the fact and I k own it's suppose to be cafeteria style but it kinda nasty at some points in the day...trash cans are conveniently placed but yet it still seems that I have to clean our table every time we eat her again the deserts are wonderful read more

Wow what I witnessed today has me feeling really unsettled! I was at 123 cafe with my young daughter today an the sweetest cashiers took my order an one of the guys from the kitchen walked by to get a drink an grabs the cashier, wrapped his arms around her holding her an whispering something in her ears an she looked so scared an uncomfortable. He Had his whole manly parts pushed up against her an u could see she did not like that an was visibly uncomfortable, I was even uncomfortable an my young daughter witnessed this, He was a much older gentleman!! After he leaves I walk over and ask her if she's okay an she says yes, but her voice was shaky an I new she wasn't ok! She finally tells me the guys do this to all the girls an that they are afraid to even go in the walk in cooler cause they follow them in their an say sexual comments to them an try to grab on them. The one cashier with brown hair is terrified of ur male staff!!! an I can't stay quiet after witnessing this behavior today. An I understand the owners may not be aware of this going on so that's one reason I'm coming forward! An I hope u see this review an have a meeting with all ur male staff an put them in line so that the female workers can have a safe work environment. I eat here at least once a week an I witness sexual misconduct every time I'm here. The male coworkers should stay at their designated work stations and leave the cashiers alone to do their job at the order station. An they should feel safe. This is the second cashier I've spoken to that have told me they are being sexually harassed by the male cooks and the male kitchen staff! Please look into this matter! And don't make the female workers feel ashamed or in the wrong! They probably don't come forward in fear of losing their job or cause if a scene! Rude staff, and the food did not appear fresh, the Chinese food in the warmers looked very picked through, and as if it had been sitting for hours. Also I had forgot to order a drink, and when trying to make another purchase for the drink I was told they could not run a credit card for any less than $5. read more

I love how this place offers all of the major variations of Asian food, from the Hibachi grill to your more standard Chinese buffet style food. I was really surprised how much I liked this place and their General Tso chicken was fantastic! Oh, and it was super cheap too! All 3 of us ate for around $25 read more

If I could give a big fat zero I would! As I walked through the cafe I noticed all the food was pre-made and waiting in warmers. The sushi was covered with a sauce and on display in plastic containers in a cooler near the check-out. When I approached the counter to ask about the sodium content of their hibachi menu, I was told more than once "we make NO special orders." "Our food is prepared ahead of time, and includes garlic and soy sauce." I have a legitimate medical condition that doesn't allow me to ingest more than 1,500 mg of sodium in a day. If I do, I pay severely in a very unpleasant way. This cafe had no interest in accommodating me or offering me a different option from their menu. I eat out a lot and have never experienced this attitude from any other restaurant. Everyone has always been willing to leave off a sauce, not season the dish, or make low sodium recommendations. Obviously I walked out of this cafe and will NEVER return. read more
