Absolutely amazing food, love the cheesy patatos and the sweet bread. Service was amazing as all I had to do was pay and then eat all I could. Loved the whole vibe of the place as well as the temperate it wasn't too hot or cold. Now one thing I will gripe on a bit is the drinks. I feel like they should have drink fountains like mc Donald's has for example but I understand as they are a small business it's hard to get things like that. They don't keep the food trays full, they used to have fish but the last two times we went there was none.

Food is always hot and fresh. Sweet and sour chicken is ! Wontons are my favorite of all! Best all you can eat buffet around.

I travel for work & have tried 3 chinese buffets in the area in my time here & this is no doubt the best option. they seem to be pretty busy so there is constantly reach food being put out and almost everything i've tried was great. id gladly spend my money there again. read more

Can't speak to the buffet, but the take-out is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and tasty! I eat here once a month.

First off, I am not one to complain or make poor reviews... I work food service myself and have for over 15+ years now.... years back when I would come to eat with my family I remember the food being ok. Enough so that I was ok with coming back and had no quarrels about it when that was the place picked to eat at for the day.... But today I and my fiance visited the store for takeout for the first time together in the years we have been together.... and to say we were disappointed was honestly an understatement... We both got simple items. One each. He some chicken, and I some chicken fried rice... a simple, common and delicious dish that's been my personal favorite since I first was introduced to Asian cuisine... My fiancés chicken was alright. It was cooked all the way, but he did remark it was not nearly as good as the last time he had it there, nor as good as the other Chinese restaurant in town that we usually go to and get often... but he said it wasn't bad. My fried rice on the other hand was not even alright... I'm not even exaggerating when I say it was the worst experience I've had with this particular dish, so far.... Firstly, it was not even fried rice... and the rice was not cooked good, at all.... and on top of that it was old(er) as well... you could tell it had been made and sitting for quite some time, so the quality was extremely bad.... To add to the mix, there were large sized chunks of onions AND carrots that were completely uncooked -- I assume since they were hard and the texture was the same as eating one that way, except it also had a slimy feel to the touch. The chicken was cooked, BUT it was mushier in consistency and not like the texture of chicken I've had in this specific dish before... and it left a very odd and unpleasant after taste.... Shortly after eating what little bit I did I actually got sick. I only took a couple of bites because I couldn't get past the issues I mentioned with my item. Overall, I was left very disappointed, nauseous, and unhappy overall with the quality of the food in regards to my dish... and the fact I basically wasted my money for food that went to waste. My fiancé got a large portion of his item, and so he let me have some of his chicken -- which I agree with him -- it wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great either. The overall look and feel of the restaurant is good though... the employees are nice and polite... but it just seems like whoever is preparing the food does not care about the quality of the products they are serving based on what I was given.... I am not sure if it was just an off day, because I know personally that sometimes things can and do happen.... And one experience with one product doesn't speak for everything else and the location as a whole.... But with this experience we have decided we won't be coming back anytime soon, if at all. Which is disappointing because I had fond memories and experiences here in the past... I'm truly not trying or wanting to drag the store or harm their reputation. I don't like to complain or give poor feedback, i just hope that my feedback can be seen by those involved in the function of the restaurant and can take my account into consideration for future use. While I understand everybody's been adjusting to covid for the last year this place hasn't quite got there. When I eat a Chinese place I'm used to a box bursting open full of meat and rice. It's depressing getting sweet and sour chicken because you get a tiny little cup of sauce and it's only half full. The last couple times I've been there for lunch h I've been extremely disappointed in the portions. Matter of fact last time I ate there I had to find a snack before I made it thru the work day because I was hungry. To sum it up, the food tastes as good as it has but I'm going to stay away till the buffet gets rolling again. read more

We eat there a lot. I love the food. The fact that it's a buffet even better. The people are also very friendly. Everything's always clean.

This was a tasty buffet. It's higher priced than most of the Chinese buffets. It's also got WAY less options than the others. The service was ok enough and the young man that greeted us was very friendly. Fair warning, they don't accept American Express. This buffet was a pleasant surprise in Hazard, Kentucky. Coming from San Francisco I was not sure how good the Chinese food would be. It was very good. Everything was well seasoned and nothing was overcooked. I would return here if I came back to Hazard. Wow... Took some friends here today and they were packed! Should have realized it was the Sunday Church Crowd. It only took about 10 minutes when we asked for a table, though. The quantity of wasn't excessive, but their quality was wonderful! The server had a very flat affect. She wasn't friendly at all, but cleaning out used dishes and filing drinks was efficient. The place is fairly small. Only around 50 seats and one isle to go down towards the buffet tables. One of the smaller Chinese buffets I've ever been to. Very clean. The food was great. Good variety and everything I enjoyed about a Chinese Buffet. The food was hot and fresh. It was definitely not sitting there for long. They didn't fill their buffet trays, but had continual refills on their items. This kept it hot and you can tell it wasn't just sitting there for hours. I'm definitely glad our friends recommended this place. For the four of us and one child with drinks, we got out for $60 including tax & tip. read more
