Horrlibel customer service. I rented a jumper for my son which he said would be $100 and purchased a pinata which he said would be $40. When I payed I didn't even check the amount trusting the person and later when I saw the receipt he charged me $150! Then at the party when we were filling the pinata we didn't even need to cut it the cardboard was literally opening at the top but I was like ok whatever we need to put the candy on anyway. Soon as we got the piñata on the rope and they simply lifted it all the candy came out the bottom. Horiibly made piñata for $50 dollars! I told him the next day and he said he couldn't refund me because they don't do refunds on piñatas. like what the? That's YOUR fault RHA I need a refund from a mistake YOU made. piñata looked so wack the design didn't even cover the whole side you could literally see that cardboard. So ugly. so ghetto! I went to this store to rent COTTON CANDY MACHINE. The man gave me price & showed me a machine that he said they all look like. I gave him delivery information & payment in full. Next morning I called number on slip. The man who answered was VERY rude. I needed to change address location. He said with loud voice, I'm not at the store. On Saturday (Halloween) the real nightmare began. Started machine waiting 10 minutes as man instructed. 2 minutes cotton candy everywhere. We looked around machine we noticed knob for level gage was broken off. Out of the 80 maybe made 10. It was a mess all over me. I called the man to let him know about the missing knob. He said, yes people keep stealing or breaking it off. I ask why you didn't tell me that? THAT KNOB IS VERY IMPORTANT TO WORKING THE MACHINE PROPERLY. I reserved a bouncy house in advanced for a birthday party. They never showed up!! An hour before the party started the guy said he was on his way. I called him multiple times and he ignored all my calls and texts!! We had the birthday party without the bouncy house and the kids were bored. I text him from a different number saying that I'd like to rent a bouncy house for a later event and he called me right away. Once he realized it was me he made excuses saying his car broke down. Not so great. Called 1 wk in advance to reserve a jump house and spoke to the owner. He asked that I email him. I did and never got a response. The day before the party emailed and called again and he assured me he would be there. I asked that he come at 9:30 since I had a kids early 10 am party. He showed up at almost 11am! After I had to call multiple times. The jumper was fine, good size and clean enough ( for a bounce house) He did leave it for the whole day and even over night! It was reasonably priced so I guess you get what you paid for. I would not use him again. read more
