I was told by another auto center that it was an electrical issue and would be over $1000 to be repaired. I took my car to Stop & Go Auto Center, the service manager PJ Rodriguez assisted me. He drove my car a few miles, returned to the shop and made some adjustments. A few minutes later he advised that he made some adjustments and the issue was resolved. Mr. Rodriguez advised that most auto centers would have charged over $1000 to replace the control system, however, he was able to make some adjustments without breaking down the control system. (Note: I did not advise him what the other auto center estimated the cost would be.) He did not charge me for the simple adjustment that could have been a major financial repair. He was honest about the issue and due to that, our cars will be taken to Stop & Go Auto Center for future repairs. Fatima Mickey

My dodge challenger was having horrible over heating issues, spark plug issues, ignition coil issues and cylinder issues. After a good diagnostic he was able to determine it stemmed from a bad cam shaft. We swapped the old cam with a stage two cam, installed long headers, oil pump, water pump, head gasket sets (after taking to the machine shop), spark plugs and coolant reservoir tank. My car is running mean so a big thank you to you Nelson and your team for the help, professionalism and genuine niceness. If you are looking for a sincere, knowledge, reasonably priced shop to take your car to, stop here

No respect for others. 2 days without my vehicle and my car was parked on the street the whole time and very vulnerable. Judging by the number of cars parked all over the place my story seems to be the norm. The place is dirty and unorganized. It took 8 months to get the car back and they would not answer our phone calls or what's app messages when we reached out for a status update. We had paid upfront most of the bill so we were pretty uncomfortable with the lack of communication. We went over to the shop multiple times in person to check on the car, it became the only way to get an update. Additionally, when we finally got the car back, there were car accessories/items missing from the car. We asked them about those items and they never appeared. They lost them. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
