    Ordered something which they never shipped, usps confirmed, company took my money, refusing refund. Staff that work there offer ZERO help, including a "manager" Jeff who told me to just go buy something else and blamed the postal service. Then told me to contact them the postal service. So if you want an item best not to purchase from this company as they take your money and never send items. I literally live a few hours and they can't figure out that it should have been delivered after a week and a half. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

    Super helpful, friendly, and honest staff. Helped me test my hid and new ballast. Saved me money and time. thank you!

    5th set of hids that I've purchased that were defective.

However as life changed I needed one eventually for a hitch mounted bike rack. I reached out to many places with U-Haul being one of them. Given U-Haul's competitive pricing I initially wanted to go with them. However I also questioned the lack of quality that U-Haul can provide on the install work for these hitches. Since I've did some research and realized some fabrication / cutting might be needed for my specific SUV model. After awhile I did put the project on hold. When the time came I reached out to Ali and boy am I happy that I did. From the first time we spoke on the phone, Ali was very professional and kind. I didn't know much about tow hitches and he answered all of my questions. Ali even invited me over to the shop to review and browse the hitches that he had in stock. For the hitches he didn't have in stock he easily was able to get them to the shop within one business day. After some discussion I went ahead and choose the tow hitch that met my needs. Ali and his team even went the extra mile to inspect my vehicle prior to doing any work on it to ensure it'll work as intended. Comes installation day, I dropped off my vehicle and got it back the same day within a few hours. The tow hitch installation was beautifully done, it was well hidden and very discrete. I just want to say thank you so much again to Ali and team. The owner Ali is one of the most genuine kind hearted business owners I've ever met. Thank you again my friend! I've bought my ideal Thule hitch mounted bike rack and am in love with it.

    When my wife told me that her car started sputtering when she attempted to start it, my first…read morethought was that it had to be either the starter or spark plugs. However, after looking at her service records, I realized that the car still has it's original battery from when she purchased it brand new in 2015. Therefore, I called O'Reilly and spoke with a friendly employee that informed me that they can conduct a free battery check. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Samuel who immediately grabbed his battery tester and met me at my car. Samuel confirmed my suspicion (maybe this means I am worthy of becoming a mechanic?) of the battery being low. Without pressuring me to make an immediate purchase, Samuel showed me a breakdown of the various battery options for my wife's car. He also informed me that O'Reilly can match the price of competitors, just as long as the warranty being offered on the battery aligns with O'Reilly. In a society where good customer service seems to be a lost art, I am very thankful for the assistance that I received from Samuel.

    I called O'Reilly Auto Parts to pick up my online order per the order email instructions that…read morespecify "Call the store at (916) 691-3302 and we'll bring out your order or see a team member inside the store." The Manager "Jesse" answered my call and told me they don't bring the order outside and I read him the email instructions. There were no customers in the store and I waited for 10 minutes, then went into the store and he claimed there were other customers ahead of me and that online orders are not brought outside since COVID. I later confirmed with the district manager that the online order pickup procedures have not changed and are still brought outside to customers in the parking lot. The district manager was helpful in clarifying the incorrect information I was provided. Hopefully employees at this location become better trained with customer service. During other visits to this store the employees have been helpful. Most employees are somewhat competent with providing the correct part that is needed.
