Juan offered to look at the issues I was told by the dealership I had. Some of the items the dealer said I needed Juan was upfront and said it wasn't necessary or could wait. He agreed with a few issues (brake pads was #1) and two other items he will address next week. Once I left the business, I felt a sigh of relief. I didn't feel played or taken advantage of. Juan never rushed me and explained things in a way I understood. I appreciate him and his staff. I just got my brake pads done today and next week, he will complete the other items. I was greeted upon entering the office. Told them I had an appointment that morning at 9:30 am to drop off my car, the woman in the front checked their system, informed me of the diagnostic fee. Best to call or make an appointment online to drop off your car. The only reason I did not rate 5 star was because I wasn't notify that they were not able to check my car and would be left overnight. In which I had to call the next morning to get an update. I do like the fact that they would call and send out a text message regarding the diagnostic and details of the issues with prices and the estimated fee. In which I was able to approve the repairs online. Also, their communication was great as they would contact me if their was an issue etc. The services were quicker than expected. They also informed me of a noise that could have been something serious leaving me stranded in the future, which I appreciated. Had them do that work as well, full repair wasn't needed after I approved to have the whole thing replaced so I know I can trust these guys. Glad I found full automotive shop in Elk Grove that is my go to!
