I always get nervous waiting out here for the train. There is no one here manning the station,…read more and it's kind of out in the middle of nowhere. It would be great if they extended it to DeKalb; there's already a station built here in town. However, they won't for several reasons: 1. They would have to extend the third rail from Elburn to DeKalb, and they would have to raise taxes quite a bit to do that and pay Metra to come out here. 2. Metra does not want to go outside the 3-county Chicago area(Cook, Lake and Kane) 3. they moved 1/2 of Cabrini Green to DeKalb when it was closed, which caused us to have quite a bit of crime and drugs out here. DeKalb doesn't want or need any more of that. We have shootings and stuff quite often. So, they made a good compromise by making a bus route that goes to the station and back several times per day, It has been quite a blessing to have that bus, but it needs to run more often!

For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The speaker didn't work for the first 30 minutes. The biggest problem is they REFUSED to issue a refund for the hour that they missed.
