i have frequently gone into the new rochelle 16 handles until recently. there was a wonderful young man managing the store by the name of Gabe. he was always courteous, helpful, and would go out of his way to make sure everything was ok. i don't know what happened but he has been let go which is a shame. i have decided that if this is the way they treat their best employees, then i no longer want to give them my business. i will be sure to let all my friends know not to go there either unless his employment is reinstated. read more

They call this yogurt? It may taste good going down but it's all chemicals. I'd be better off eating at the pharmacy. Anybody who consumes this stuff regularly is poisoning themselves. Stick with chobani. The kids are mostly nice but half of them seem stoned on the job. The topping bar is an unhealthy sticky mess except for a few fruit offerings. The floor is pretty nasty too. It wasn't bad in the beginning but now - yuck! Go to Robeks down the way - it's cleaner and healthier. read more
