I typically like to give cash as a tip. I tipped my driver in cash and then I got an email with more than what I paid for when I booked my reservation. I never authorized them to add gratuity. So essentially I paid twice for the tip. The service was good and they were prompt, but I will not use this company again. Check your statements to make sure the numbers match, if you have already booked this company. It's not about the money at this point, it's the principle. *update* I reached out to the company and they refunded me that second tip.
