Then boards are not to code so over night that check. They never called and canceled the financing on the roof. For some reason they fired the girl I got the amount from. I've never gotten a new roof or financing roof. I just lost everything in a house fire not long before moving in o this home. Jeff was the one that introduced himself as the supervisor and come to find out he is the owner. We had to pay the bank because we didn't think about canceling through the bank and calling them. I trusted them we ended up paying another amount almost the exact amount that was for the boards almost $6,000 more. So over $10,000 first check almost $6,000 for the up to code cost. Then another almost $6,000 to the bank! Does that even sound like the correct amount for a 1,055 sq foot home and didn't even do the garage either. That's a lot of money for just the roof of the size of the home. Plus they put white chaff on my chimney instead of the brown I picked out they said would replace they came and spray painted it. Then when I ask for the detailed billing they told me they don't do that. I had to call my insurance company to get that l?? No all they sent me was the cost of the damage from the tornado hitting surrounding area. The total of the check they sent me not a detailed bill for the roof showing the cost of material and labor. I don't know if it's still in time line of suing is passed. But I have all the paperwork and notes still. Be careful I had my roof done in 2023.maybe 2022. Beware

The crew left our property in a state of disarray, I'm still finding nails and debris scattered around the garage area years later. I wasn't told how to prepare for the day of the roof installation and one of the owners blamed me for the mess that was left inside my garage. The crew dented and ripped the logo off the air conditioning unit after indiscriminately throwing materials off the roof and my concerns were dismissed as a minor inconvenience and were never addressed.

I called and they came out for free estimate on time and promptly after contacting them. Brought color samples, provided design guidance, answered all of my many questions, and provide estimate same day. No pressure, no BS. Super nice and very professional. Price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, not cheap but fair. I feel you get what you pay for, and this family owned company company did not disappoint. They started job about three weeks after making deposit. Showed up on time and got it done. Each day they worked hard, and then cleaned up before they left. Took four days total to complete the project. No complaints, no adjustments needed, no returns to fix anything. Everything was perfect. We originally had shutters around the windows but I wasn't convinced I liked them. So Andy (owner) offer idea for custom aluminum trim. Showed me pictures of what he's done before. I requested a slight change in design (wider trim along bottom of windows) and his team delivered exactly what I requested. House looks great, and we couldn't be happier.
