He…read moresuggested I call a nearby auto locksmith instead who could come right to me, cut me a new key including using his computer to chip it, and even gave me the phone number to call the locksmith. In a way, he took himself out of a job but if anyone else sees this and needs a tow, or anyone I know does ever again, I'll know exactly who to call because he earned my trust and that's not something I take lightly. Took my vehicle there for a for some work and an inspection. Told mechanic over the phone about…read morewhat for sure needs to be fixed and year make and model. Dropped vehicle off night before work was to be done. Did not hear from them for 2 days so I called them. Said the could not find a part. I found the part and called the next day and told them. They advised me to purchase it because they had not found one. Part came on friday and was dropped off Friday afternoon. Tuesday came and no call from them so I called again. Said it was rusted alot and that he was having difficulty. He also told me I could take it elsewhere. I asked about other issues and was given a price for those parts and labor. Thursday and Still no word from them so I took a ride over with a friend to see what was going on. Item I purchased was still in the box. And the other work that I was given a price for was not done either. The garage was closed with a sign in the window that said, out on service call. So we waited. When he showed he said he didn't have time cause of all the rust. He got upset and told us where the keys were and to take it and leave so we did. We went to a garage less than a mile away they fit it in on Monday. They called Monday around noon and let me know that there was no evidence of any attempt to do any work. Needless to say stay away from this place he also told me that he started working on it at 8 am and had it fixed by the time he called me!

I replaced the Control arms on my Toyota before taking it to the Mavis in Harrisburg, and it runs true and straight down the road.. I took my Chevy truck to the Mavis in Dillsburg and they pretended to do a alignment.... I put new Control arms on it before taking my truck to them, and they sent it out of the Bay in 15 minutes??? and then I asked the guy if he re-torqued the bolting to 130 lbs and then he said what bolts??? and I said the ones on the control arms, you know , that adjust the control arm camber , the blood shot eyed 20 year old , said oh I did the one on the right side only ? .. keep in mind, I just replaced the control arms , I said to him , "I just needed a perfect full alignment"... I said , didn't your manager explain this to you.? I did not get an alignment at all from this wannebe in Dillsburg. I got a bunch of numbers hunted on a paper because when I took it somewhere else, it took over an hour and 15 minutes to give a True alignment and they said it was so far off ! yeah ! because I just replaced the whole front end and basically brought it in there with no adjustment at all, I just eyeball it , the one in Dillsburg failed me and took my money. Anyway , it was ridiculous! yeah ,so be aware of what they're doing with your vehicle when you bring it to them , I'll would keep your eyes on your vehicle the whole time , but as far as the one Mavis in Harrisburg, they did a great job on my toyota. Perfect !

Aaron and Dave went out of their way to help them. The car wasn't running and they were able to leave the car. The kids had to call for a ride, which was a 3 hour wait for their ride to get there. They let them stay in the waiting area until they closed and they were able to leave the car there from Saturday until today. They brought the car in at night as well. Brought my car in for an oil change. they assured me it would be very fast. Over an hour later…read morethey called me back and told me that my battery was virtually dead and I would need brake pads very soon. I told them the brakes had just been put on and we had no problem with battery. I went back to wait and they came back after another 30 minutes and told me they couldn't start my car because the battery had chosen that very moment to quit completely. This is rip off tactics! I told them to jump start it and would leave. I had the battery checked at another place - nothing wrong with it at all. Avoid this place - it is a den of thieves.

Terrible service and they tried to scam me. Expect them to tell you that you need your lines flushed and new wiper blades too. They tell every customer that. STAY AWAY!!
