I had been there before, but not my wife. As you pull into the parking lot, the exterior is simple and modest. The interior is neat and clean. Several TV's are scattered throughout the restaurant and were mostly showing the March Madness games. The volume was off and not annoying. The servers were mostly young females. Our server was extremely polite, using ma'am and sir. I was really impressed with her. Chips and salsa were replenished without asking, another nice touch. They seem to use a team concept. Chips were very good and warm. Salsa was very good. I had the spinach, mushroom quesadilla which was excellent. Wife had the enchilada plate (two enchiladas) that came with charro beans and rice. She indicated that they were very good. We ended up taking half home with us. Food and service were great. Again, I was surprised at how good the service was. I highly recommend this place for some really good TexMex.

The food was still great but I ordered Cheese Enchiladas Blanca's comes with sour cream sauce. I didn't get sour cream sauce. I was so hungry I didn't care. So my husband asked for sour cream for me and I ate everything on the plate. Coming on Friday music was loud and customers were louder when talking. But it felt cheerful and relaxing. I still don't have a complaint.

My wife discovered an authentic Mexican Food restaurant in the city of Leander. She has been on a…read moresearch for the best "Carne Asada burrito" she can find. Not just another steak burrito, but one made "Baja Style", with Ranchero meat or similar. We've found something that comes close at Aparicio's. It's not your ordinary menu choices of ground beef, pork and chicken. First of all, customers waiting in line were raving to their friends on how amazing the food is. The quality, the service and the portion sizes. Taco prices are a bit higher than your average taco stand, but this is not a "hole in the wall" dive joint. The owners have made your experience here unique in the decor, yet the food served on homemade tortillas lets you know you're being blessed in the kitchen, by someone who cares. When we arrived we told them this was our first time. The host spoke to someone, and out from the kitchen comes a sample tray with five cups of food to sample. Carne Asada, chicken, pastor, chorizo and Pableno Pepper sauce. We ordered the Cali Burritto. A Carne Asada burrito with fries, pico, and other fixings. It was huge, even after cut in half. I opted for two tacos, pastor which came with a slice of grilled pineapple and Chorizo. Both served on hand made flour tortillas and they were great. We also got an order of cheese fries. A small bowl of McDonald's size fries with shredded cheese and a light cheese sauce melted on top. It was great, paired with a homemade jalapeño ranch sauce. Finished with a fresh strawberry horchata drink in a large mason jar and a mango melon drink. 6:50 each, yet well worth the cost. So if you're looking for something other than Tex-Mex fusion Mexican food, or if you're missing tasting real authentic Mexican food without having to drive to San Antonio, then drive on over to Leander. Once you pull into the lot, right of Smoky MO's just behind the jewelry shop. Enjoy! Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

Everything tastes fresh and flavorful, from the perfectly seasoned fajitas to the rich, comforting enchiladas and their menudo is my favorite!! The chips and salsa are addictive (seriously, it's hard to stop eating them), and the portions are generous without sacrificing quality. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The staff made sure everything was just right and kept things running smoothly even when it got busy. Overall, Casa Garcia is a go-to spot for delicious Mexican food, great service, and a lively vibe. Definitely a place worth coming back to again and again!

My friend was seated when I returned and the table showed no signs of being wiped down. Pools of water from the previous diners were still very visible. The chips & salsa were just blah. Not a fan, so I didn't eat them . But I guess it does help the waistline. House Margarita was good. White Cheese enchiladas (that's actually what they were called) were very good and I loved that I could order refried BLACK beans. Not many places offer that. Our server was great. I would not return to this place bc of first impressions and I really did not like the chips & salsa. I would order "to go", though. My meal was very good.

First, the menu needs a rewrite for content and clarity. For example, buying fajitas doesn't list guacamole and based on size, single, for two and family you get more sides of rice or beans. There's no definition of how much actual meat you get and our server couldn't provide that information beyond a rough estimate. Second, the fajitas we got of family size and for two portions for 7 were not consistently cooked. We asked for medium rare and got about 25% at that with the ones in the center at a more well done. Again, the multiple tiny sides were more obnoxious than anything as it's legit beans and rice unless you want to upcharge. The cilantro lime rice tastes like nothing so skip that and go for abuelita rice which has a hint of flavor. Overall, the butter/gravy that go on the fajitas is the real winner but again a menu where you overbuy and misunderstand (that doesn't even list extras like guacamole or a simple small queso) was beyond frustrating. I would stick to them for one to possibly get a better cook.
